Please think twice about using this business! I have a trust and we purchasing a home and asked that the property deed be put into my trust. Yessenia, my contact, confirmed in email on December 15th that she had received my trust that I had emailed her on December 9th. After signing my loan documents on December 17th, Yessenia calls me to ask where my bank wire is. I tell her my bank is supposed to do it. I confirm the property deed is going into my trusts name. She said she didn’t know what I was talking about. I was so confused. I had in writing she had it and that everything was going to be in my trust! :( I then emailed my bank and told them NOT to wire the money! My bank informed me they had been trying to contact Yessenia about the loan transfer but she had never returned their phone calls. It was so bad that the bank looked up and contacted her supervisor and still neither the supervisor nor Yessenia contacted the bank. After Yessenia realized the mistake she again had me sign documents, however she tried to charge twice the fees, for her OWN mistake! This is ludicrous!!! Plus the closing took so much longer than it should have because this company is completely inept! If you want a nightmare of a closing, you want it to drag out and you want to pay more than you should, then use Central California Escrow. Otherwise I would HIGHLY recommend using another company.
