    items purchased on August 5th 2025 Went to the store and the employee oversold on the items needed for the project. During the process of the product, there was excess amount of unused item, still sealed and not opened, kept in a garage safe from weather conditions but the store refuses to accept the returns on liquid items due to their return policy, even though they are all sealed and not damaged nor tampered with. I'm looking for assistance with this matter of returning the sealed products in which i was oversold for the amount needed from this establishment. The corporates number is ***********, and the invoice number pertaining to this matter is invoice #***. i can agree to their request of a 10% restock fee for the return for the remaining items i wish to return. No signature was obtained during the sale stating about its return policy to agree to their terms of sales.

    Epoxy Depot respectfully submits the following response regarding the complaint filed by ******************* style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36); font-family: "Segoe UI", "Segoe UI Web (West European)", -apple-system, "system-ui", Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px;">At no point did Epoxy Depot oversell or misrepresent the quantity of materials required for Mr. ***** project. Mr. **** provided his own project measurements, and based on those figures, our staff advised him of the appropriate quantities necessary to complete the scope he described. Notwithstanding this guidance, Mr. **** independently elected to purchase additional materials, expressly stating that he intended to utilize them for an additional section of his garage and subsequently for the interior of his residence.Epoxy Depot maintains and prominently displays a posted policy stating that all sales are final and not eligible for return or refund. This policy is conspicuously located adjacent to the payment terminal where Mr. **** completed his transaction. The rationale for this policy is based on product integrity: once liquids leave our custody, Epoxy Depot cannot verify or ensure proper storage conditions. Improper storageparticularly in high temperaturescompromises the usability and safety of epoxy materials. Mr. **** later acknowledged that the products were stored in his garage for an extended period during hot weather, which constitutes improper storage under industry standards.In good faith, Epoxy Depot accommodated Mr. **** by accepting the return of unopened decorative flake, which was refunded. However, the liquid products cannot be accepted back under any circumstances, both pursuant to our posted policy and to protect product integrity. The current request for a refund is based on Mr. ***** subsequent decision not to proceed with his garage project, which does not constitute grounds for deviation from established policy. For these reasons, Epoxy Depot respectfully denies the request for refund of liquid products.
