    Start date was Nov 22, 2024. Elite Custom Coatingz said they would be done within 4 days. Elite agreed and stated they could do epoxy countertops and have done them before. We signed an electronic contract stating that they were a contractor. At first we were happy to get them done before Thanksgiving and noticed they would come late in afternoon or not at the time they stated in beginning. Then they didn't cover up our appliances nor door to make sure saw dust wouldn't get in our living room. They agreement was to create countertops and the instal kitchen sink and fix baseboard under sink. They didn't take 4 days they took 12 days to do anything. The kitchen wasn't functioning and because of the lack of improvement nor job being done we left town. We also heard them banging on our sink w a medal hammer and they broke our new sink and faucet wasnt properly put on right and wasn't installed right our dish washer so that couldn't drain correctly. We have epoxy all over our walls, cabinets, tile and appliances and noticed they didn't remove the old partical board under the sink, the covered it with a piece of wood where mold can keep growing. We asked if they could find someone else that knew what they were doing to make this right. We as a family of 5 had to eat out every day. They said they could only fix it and that would be until January! This wasn't what we signed up for. They stated they had a contractor license and have llc. We noticed that was a lie and that the llc was delinquent. When we tried reaching out to reason w them they declined to have anyone else help and we said we would report them and expose them and they didn't care. So now we would like the right thing done and just get our money back. So technically it's 1500 bc of our sink being broken and we paid for it. Please help us out
