I have attached an explanation in the supporting documents. In short, I paid my ortho account off a few days prior to an automatic payment. Auto pay was never cancelled so they took out another $128. No documentation was provided to *** account so card became inactive. They eventually charged back the money, I was told some time in September, but I think that the card was still inactive and the charge back never went through on the card. the manager said she would call their bank and find out if they took the money out on their end and changed her mind and told me I would have to contact the bank for the *** account. They money was never put back on the card and I would like to have a check sent out to me. I emailed the manager and called to follow up the next day. I was told she was busy on the phone and would call back. I am still waiting on the call back. Based on her attitude toward helping me get his issue resolved. I don't believe she will call back. I am still getting my braces finished through this office. My issue isn't with the dental place itself, rather than the clerical/billing/management. I love my braces and this is the best dentist office I have ever been to, but if this isn't resolved I can't see giving my business to a place that has people like this unwilling to help me after I have already paid an account that was over $4000.
