    I requested a refund because I am unable to send back the items that were sent to me DAMAGED, I just had surgery and have no transportation to be going around sending these items back. I keep getting the same automated responses and no actual help. I sent in the photos of the damaged items and it feels like a waste of money . Im very disappointed as I always shop from rare beauty but this is a horrible experience and shows they dont care about their customers

    On July 10th, 2024, I purchased various products from Rare Beauty. This was delivered on July 15th, 2024. Upon opening and inspecting my package, it was clear that one of the products had broken before or during transit and had leaked outside the package. I took pictures as I was opening the package for the first time to document that damage. Once the product was fully opened, it was determined to be completely unusable as the product was shattered. I reached out to customer service on July 16th and included the pictures I had taken. I received no response and reached out again on July 22nd. Once again I received no response and sent another email on August 2nd. I received a response from ****** *. on August 5th who informed me that I had the option for a replacement or refund since I was still within 30 days of purchase. She also requested further pictures of the product to include the batch number. I quickly and eagerly responded on August 6th that I was on vacation but would like to receive a reshipment of the same product and would provide the requested pictures once returning home. On August 9th I reached back out including the pictures that were requested. I never received a response or a replacement product. On August 26th I reached out again requesting an update and received no response. On September 4th I reached out again and received no response. At this point I just want my money back as this has been a long, exhausting, and disappointing process and I have little to no faith in the company moving forward. I have included pictures to support all of the provided facts. Thank you!

    I returned an order 42 days ago. The received the order 35 days ago. I've been emailing them for 29 days asking for an update on my refund. All emails go ignored. So I've reached out to all their social media channels. I'm ignored. I'm due a refund and I really need my money back

    I placed an order on 12/21/23 for items from Rare Beauty. The website advertised "select overnight shipping at checkout, and receive your items by Christmas" -- so when I checked out, I selected overnight shipping for $18.00. I did not receive my items by Christmas and instead received them on 12/26/2023. All carriers were delivering packages on 12/22, 12/23, and 12/24 but my order sat there with no updates. The label was created the next business day but the item didn't even move until 12/26/2023. See photo of tracking. This item did NOT ship overnight, and this is false advertising. I have sent 3 emails, 3 comments on social media, and also texted with **************** and NOBODY responded to me until I finally called today. Rare Beauty is refusing to refund my shipping charges despite the fact that their website advertised "select overnight shipping to receive by Christmas." Instead of refunding my $18 in shipping fees, they are asking me to send them a photo to prove that their website actually stated this even though they acknowledged that their website did state this. All I am asking for is an $18 refund as I paid OVERNIGHT shipping and did not receive it as advertised.

    I have attached the emails with myself and the agent.I purchased a face highlighter and it broke into pieces, I sent the picture and date of purchase to the company. They offered to send me a gift card in the amount of the item online, I agreed. However, the gift card was less that the item and then the agent told me he has no way of providing one *********.I would like a new item to be shipped to me at no cost to myself, which they are capable of doing.
