      In February of 2025 i hired DC Custom Framing to rebuild my flooded house. I did a walk through with ******* ********* the owner of DC Custom Framing. We itemized everything out for the rebuild and put an estimated price on each applicable rebuild item. Once the project started ******* had received his last big payment for the job and abandoned the job. He stopped returning my calls, texts, emails and most importantly stopped paying the sub contractors to complete my house. He used $198,500 mostly on himself on not on the job. He never completed or paid for the cabinets, quarts, floors, plumbing, electrical, sinks, drywall and didn't pay the painter. Some of these items he made down payments on but did not complete the job he was contracted to do once he was paid in full. I have attached are itemized contract and have already filed a complaint with the **** and his insurance ***

      Building Permit with **************, applied for June 7, this year. We still do not have completed Permit, therefore, cannot have final inspection by ************** Inspectors. Have contacted contractor, DC Custom Framing, multiple times (12?) and Designer, *********************************** (2 times), and are always promised they will take care of it. These contacts made by us were over a period of 2 months (early June to end of July) and we finally gave up. The contractor referred us to the Designer and the Designer blamed the contractor as the Designer claims to have been brought in to the process late.
