            May 28th, my 1993 Chevy Pickup was towed to this business for a diagnosis. Monday, the 31st were informed vehicle needed new fuel pump, which agreed to have them do. 2nd of June, picked up vehicle. Fuel gauge was now not working. They agreed to look at it, and have me bring it in. They replaced the fuel pump for the 2nd time. It did not correct the problem. I then requested factory OEM pump, and ******** agreed to order one, noting it would cost more. They wanted to look at something else, I refused, and requested the OEM. She would try to find one and would give me a call. Week plus went by, I had to call them. She 'forgot' about it, is what she told me. Late June, I had appointment in morning, and ******** said vehicle would have to be left with them for couple days. I've made a point in past that can't happen, as I can't miss work. Days later, notice cover to fuel pump electrical, laying on engine hood, one fastener gone. Still don't have OEM.

            I went to get my motor mount replaced Friday. .car drove fine no problems. ************** I gave the car a little gas and someone popped again and I took the car back to shop he had my lift my hood based off that told me I needed a new motor mount the new one seems to be bad and I have to pay for labor again. I also have to pay for labor to take out the old one to take it back to carquest to get a new one. This is a joke !!!
