    On 7/22/24 I placed an order for pizza and wings after reviewing the single photo copied menu posted. I paid cash. As i was waiting for my food, I noticed my receipt did not reflect the prices on the menu. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, Kalen H. and requested a refund, his response was, "There is nothing I can do." I explained to him this type of practice is fraud and unlawful. He shared the business is under new ownership and they do not have menus to reflect the current prices. I left my number and requested the owner call me soonest. I did not receive a call. The next day I went in and spoke to another employee. She phoned the own in my presence and detailed my complaint. She ended the call and explained to me that the owner said, "Because the incident happened the day prior, and because you ate the pizza you will not get a refund." I asked her to call the owner back and permit me to speak with him. She declined and stated she would send him a text message and ask him to call me. I have received no call as of this moment.

    Update: I also filed a complaint with local Weight and Measures. An agent visited the business yesterday and spoke with the owner, ****. The agent reported the menus have been updated to reflect the current prices charged. The agent reported **** stated he is willing to provide me a refund and planned to contact me on 7-24-24. I have yet to hear from him. According to the agent, **** reported it was all just a "big misunderstanding." There was no mistake that **** refused to provide me a refund on 7-23-24. I have additional complaints for other members of the community who had the same exact experience with this business; being overcharged, asking for a refund, and **** refusing. This conduct is clearly a pattern and not a one off.
