    On March 20 2023 I went to Williams Monumet company located at ******************** purchase a head stone for my husband grave for a total of $2815.31 I pay $1200 as an initial payment for material, he agree to have it ready by June or July 2023, he requested $400 more which I agree to take it in April which I pay on April 10 2023 for the picture, he agree to have it ready an delivered to *************************** with in 3 months after. I have call text and he has change date multiple timer or just ignore my calls and text he has failed to his word and as a customer I feel deceived, most of his customers are persons who we still grieving a love one we dont deserve this I want all my money back since he had fail to complete the work with in the time he promised it not only one time multiple times.

    I placed on order in March of 2022 to have death date add to an already existing headstone for my mother ********************* at the ***** Cemetery. Paid in full, 2-3 weeks was the estimated time frame. Almost 2 years and work remains undone.

    Paid Williams Monument full amount on June 1, 2023 with my personal check #***. He said 6 weeks to complete headstone. No answer to any text, emails, phone calls so I went to his business on Aug. 21 & he said it would be finished that week. It's now Nov 1, and he has not answered any texts, emails or phone calls. No communication at all! I just want a full refund so I can go somewhere else to order the headstone. (I have copies of my unanswered texts and emails but I did not record the phone calls I made to him--only evidence that I made a call to his business.)
