  This is a horrible company!!! They stole my property. They said they could not get ahold of me while they knew that I was trying to reach them and they put it up for auction and stole my property. I don't know how they are still open. I hope this helps someone else.

  I apologize your house was foreclosed by the private investor who provided you with a loan. We did not take your property. We were informed you did not make your mortgage payment to the investor. We provided you option to keep your house. We are truly sorry for what happened to you.

  I recently worked with ****** ****** to secure a mortgage for multiple investment properties.   RCD Capital LLC, specifically ***********************, is not just a broker out there to make money for them, but truly amazing how he does not waste time to help others like me, in the past 3 months he did get me approved for a DSCR Cash-Out Refinance Loans because due to Covid-19, I got 2 properties endangered to be foreclosed with foreclosure sale dates, it was breathtaking, but prayerfully, GOD moved miraculously and RCD Capital's strategies worked. I will recommend RCD Capital with 5 stars on the smooth, shortened process to a Cash Out Refinance.1) RCD Capital has helped me SAVE from FORECLOSURE our 2nd Home in ** - *********************) RCD Capital has helped me SAVE from FORECLOSURE our rental at ******************************************I cannot thank RCD Capital enough for their efforts to help me even though these are not million dollar deals.
