      I renewed my subscription for a Ceiva frame on 7/12/2024 for $89.95. The picture frame had not been working (the screen when black) on 7/23/2024, so contacted Ceiva and they issued an RMA #***** to return for repair. ****** from Ceiva said it would take 4-6 weeks. They were very eager to get the frame returned as soon as possible and there were no questions asked or never helped to troubleshoot the frame before sending it for repair.9/16/2024 I sent a message to Ceiva on their website to inquire about the repair. The response said they would reply to me within 48 hours but sending this inquiry would not expedite a response. I never received a response by phone or email from Ceiva.On 10/21/2024 I left my phone number so ****** could call back. ****** called me on 10/25/2024 to let me know that the picture frame should be returned within a week or so. I asked about my subscription renewal, and he said that they would give me a credit for the number of days they had the frame for repair. It is now 11/10/2024, and I haven't received the repaired picture frame or a credit or refund for the ************* I tried to login to the Ceiva website, and it says, "Please try again, Invalid sign in name or password."The fact that they lied to me about repairing my picture frame, me sending it back to their location in *******, **, contacting them way after the 4-6 weeks, getting calls that they would be returning it within a week or so and not getting my property returned, and me being locked out of my account (as my username and password doesn't work), indicates to me that they are being deceptive and fraudulent in their business practices.I want a refund of $89.95, and I want to let other consumers know about the deceptive practices of Ceiva Logistics.I was never notified that there was anything wrong with their business.Also, it seems convenient and suspicious that when I renewed my subscription then things started to happen to the picture frame for it to stop working.
