      I have been with Post Patrol about 3 years...I joined with our neighbors to receive a discount for an area of patrol. Last year Dec.2024, I contacted them to ask if I can receive discounted patrol rate if we have our alarm switched over to them...in Dec. I never heard from them...so I called again again and again...left many voice messages NEVEER received any contact back...so I decided to seek info from another company. Just this week I received several calls and e-mails saying I owe them back monies for this year. Now they are returning my calls...after being with them and paying always on time I feel that they dropped any/all services that we had. Now they are threatening me with collection service. I have kept a list of all calls made to them and never received any returned calls. This is certainly not the way a responsible professional company is run...now all I want is them to stop threatening me and an apology would be nice but I don't expect one. Thank you, ******** Post

      We will be reaching out to the client later today or tomorrow.  There was correspondence back in December as we did a rate increase and she wanted to see if we could do anything about it in which we let her know that we could not as she is already paying under when the current rates are for that service and she could cancel or continue with us.  They  spoke to my Sister **** Post ****** at the time.  We are now looking to see if we have any other records of others they spoke to since then.  

      As mentioned we will reach back out to them and to them and see what we can come up with.  There was an email today that came through right before this came through and that is the first I am hearing of this.  We like to work with our clients and do what we can.  We always try to call clients back so I will also try and find out who else they spoke to that never returned their calls.
