    I purchased a HP laptop on September 9, 2024.I had issues ************** March my laptop started dropping Wi-Fi.I contacted ***They did a lot of the same things I had tried & some ********* didn't work. The *** told me it was my Wi-Fi.I contacted the router company, and they sent me a new router.That didn't help.I contacted my internet company,& they said it may be the modem.I purchased a new modem, did nothing to resolve the issue.I had my internet company come in,rewired my home inside & out, checked connection & found no issues.I got out two other laptops.I was able to access Wi-Fi on those.I contacted HP.Nothing fixed it.They had me reset my laptop once I restarted the computer, there was a new problem.The laptop goes to blue screen & shuts the computer down without warning.I was told it was the operating system,& I would have to pay to get a flash drive with the operating system on it.I said no,I wouldn't pay & would file a complaint against them! I was transferred to the escalation department. They told me they would send it at no charge & would send me tracking information.That was Wednesday April 23rd,& I never received any tracking information.On Thursday I contacted the Case Manage the person who was in charge of my case. I emailed her and then she called me & said I had to speak with the technical department again! I was frustrated and did not want to be on the phone with them again but said OK. After a lengthy hold time, I disconnected. She called back and I asked her to get this information and email it to me as it was promised. That never happened. I have contacted her 2 more times through email and haven't received a response since. Nor have I received any tracking information, or the flash drive they said I'd receive in 2 days. They told me that when I was being told I had to pay for it. I want the flash drive I was promised! I think they should compensate me for lost time as well. They could have fixed this by just sending the drive!!!

    I tried to order parts for an upgrade to my pc, but I needed to log into my account. Used my official password and username but could not log in. Tried to reset name and password which they processed successfully but then still will refuse to let me log in. I've made purchase from them in the past, but this is the first time I their website gave me hell! I want them to FIX IT! I have to seek third party companies to get parts I badly needed.

    Purchased a computer and at the time was told if I did not use my warranty it would be refunded. My warranty expired January 2024. I have been trying since then to get my money back for my unused warranty. I have filed a claim form in writing after calling and being told before a check would be mailed. No money to date.

    June 1-9, 2023 months ago I ordered the cartridge ink from HP and gave the a credit card to use paying the bill. However my credit card had fraud so I was issued a new card and tried many times and for hours to give HP my new information regarding the new number on credit card, to no avail. IHP only help was a CHAT system with their preferred questiions . HP would not listen nor help so I gave up and my printer is still blocked by HP because I cannot pay for the ink they provided. Will not allow me to give them my new information.

    WE are a small vendor of HP we are not HP.  HP is a big organization, and most probably you have ordered directly from HP.  Your name is not in our data base
