    Ive lived in my apartment for 15 years. My concern is the ongoing neglect and lack of response from Allen Property Group regarding major floor damage and appliance issues that have gone unresolved despite many requests for repair.Around ********, a pipe broke under the kitchen sink. ***** Property Management handled the property at the time and sent maintenance to dry it out, but over the years the floor began cracking and lifting around the sink and ************* 2020, Allen Property Group took over. On July 10, 2020, I emailed manager ***** ******* about the damaged floor; on August 6, he replied saying hed contact ***** and that repairs would wait until after COVID restrictions were lifted. He never followed ***** July 2021, I emailed again about the worsening floor and a broken stove. The stove was eventually replaced, but the floor never repaired. In April 2022, I contacted new manager ***** ***** about the same issuescracked flooring, broken dishwasher, and closet door. He inspected and said theyd be fixed, but as of October 2025, nothing has been done.The Kitchen floor and hallway continue to lift and crack. In August 2025, Brion applied clear epoxy as a temporary patch in one area but hasnt scheduled any other repairs. I provided flooring quotes ($3,000); he said his contractor could do it cheaper but I haven't heard since. The dishwasher, which began failing in 2022, stopped working completely in July 2025. I was told a new one would be installed October 15, 2025, but to this day it has not happened. Brion no longer responds to my follow up text messages.I have hesitated to file a complaint before now because my family feared retaliationsuch as rent increases, loss of our housing, or eviction. As a Latino family, we have tried to avoid conflict and trusted management to do the right thing. After years of patience, I now feel I have no choice but to seek help. I hope we can come to a resolution without having to involve any legal action.

    We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed by our tenant regarding maintenance issues at their rental unit. (Code:24070988-775DA) We have spoken directly with the tenant and have assured them that our contractor will address their concerns in a timely manner. Our contractor has inspected their unit and will proceed with the repair work this calendar month.


    The items to be addressed include:
    Broken tiles in the entry hallway, kitchen, and an area of the bathroom
    A broken dishwasher
    A damaged closet door


    Allen Property Group takes pride in maintaining quality rental units and ensuring our residents comfort and satisfaction. While we are uncertain why our on-site property manager did not report or address these maintenance issues sooner, we take full responsibility for ensuring they are properly resolved.


    We are committed to following through promptly and will continue to monitor the progress of these repairs to ensure the tenants concerns are fully addressed.
