********************************* is a very immoral Agent. As an Escrow Officer and Notary, it is her job to be a bi-partisan helpful resource for both parties involved in any real estate transaction. She was very short and did not advise, direct or offer any positive or negative aspects to which we were entering a transaction that was way over our intelligence and history of documents that were involved in transaction. We were in a very time restraint and financial restraint position to trust the Person involved that she was upfront and knowledgeable on the Critical Event that we were there to Help us with. The Exact opposite is what took place, we were simply asked to sign 2 documents, the second one was either covered up by her Notary paperwork or she did not have information complete on the paper we believed to be a release of information pertaining to child support liens. This involved a pending foreclosure sale(two days away) and a loan that was verbally agreed upon with a third party who hired ******** to handle this transaction. The note and deed we signed (supposedly) claimed a due date of 06/24/24, the verbal agreement was for 1 year with no payments and at the end of that year at 3% /month we would pay back loan or vacate property or pay $20,000 non refundable payment to gain another years time to receive financing to pay back loan. ******** never asked what the agreement was and did not advise that there was anything different or she believed to not be the same deal we were entering into. She gave me copies of all paperwork I had brought with us( lien paperwork, bankruptcy dismissals, child support papers, trust papers, reverse mortgage papers) except for the papers we signed and she did this in a very rude and hurried manner!! We left feeling uneasy. And now know why? I will complete the complaint after the Complaint to DAs Office is Heard and reacted to. More to Come.
