From their we immediatly drive it to mechanic shop big apple automotive which was only about a quarter mile away and arrive their and drop off vehicle with battery in it but not installed. A couple hours later we recieve a call from mechanic shop who was doing 40 point inspection on car stating battery is no good that it was only at 6 volts so immiediatly we call battery mart to notify them that we would like to exchange batteries . ****** the manager of store answers phone and we let him know and he immediatly calls my friend an i a liar over rhe phone an says they checked the battery before we got it , and we tell ****** excuse me we never saw him check anythjng cause he was talking to us an when the battery was brought from out back his employee put it straight in car . Hello Mr. *********,

My name is ***** **** and I am the owner of Battery Mart.  I received your complaint from the BBB and I will be sure to talk to ****** about your experience.  I understand your concern and I will address it.  This is a very easy issue to remedy in regards to dealing with a good or bad battery with our battery testers we have on site.  He should have easily been able to tell you if the battery is good or bad and demonstrate those results to you.  And if those results were not to your satisfaction, we should have replaced or refunded the battery no questions asked.

****** is a very good employee and we have only ever received good reviews from him so this is very unusual.  He has been with the company now for 10 years so he is very experienced in what he does and in dealing with customers.

This is my email and my contact # is below if you ever need to reach out to me with any future issues.  We appreciate your business.
