On April 3 my mom was hospitalized in *******, I needed a vehicle to rent so I ***************** and thought I was getting an enterprise phone number! I spoke to a person by the name of **** of whom I thought was an Enterprise Associate! I have never had problems with providing my card information to Enterprise, when **** told me how much it would cost to rent the vehicle for three days, I immediately told him to cancel the transaction as I thought that was too much for me which was ******* and I hung up the phone. I checked my credit card and **** had already put the charge through. I immediately called my credit card company to explain to them what happened, my credit card company gave me an immediate credit and started an investigation which is ***********, on the same day. June 3 the charge was returned to my credit card because *********** stated that I had provided the merchant with my information and there was nothing they could do about it. I called the number that was on the investigation letter to find out the name is different on my statement my statement says the transaction is from fanbasis travel the company responding to the investigation is Kradfly llc on the letter it states the ****************** is Enterprise. They keep telling me to call back, I spoke to ******* who said I would get a refund just give them some time, ****** said he couldnt find anything and he saw that it was a lot of money and he is in the chargeback department and I will get my money back. I call back again to be told that ****** doesnt work there anymore! I called back again ******* told me to wait until Friday just to be told ******* is not there. I spoke to **** today 06/27/2025 who told me they are having technical difficulties please call tomorrow, ******* will be there! There are just too many complaints on this company we cant all be lying. They are taking consumers money and nothing is being done about it! Fanbasis is bragging how they just raised 20 million dollars!Initial Complaint

Rented a car from this business, the cost of the rental was approximately $380, I paid $120 down and would pay the rest on arrival . I was directed to pick up the rental at Budget. When I arrived, I was told there was no car available for me and the soonest available would be on Sunday. When I returned on Sunday, I was asked to pay an additional $700. After I refused to pay the additional amount, I was told I would be refunded the amount plus an extra $50 for my time and trouble. on 6/10/2025. I contacted the business today and they stated they are refunding me today and it would 7-10 business days. I do not believe I will be refunded due to already being told I would be refunded today. I was renting a car through Enterprise when a company saying they were Trivago popped up and said they would charge me $100 less if I booked through them. I fell for it and called them. They charged my cashapp card $650 which I later found out was only to reserve the car and Enterprise said the car was not prepay on their screen. I called the lady at "Trivago" and she said the money was only to hold the car. I've never rented a car before so I didn't know better and trusted their name. The transaction didn't show up as Trivago though. It showed up as Kradfly LLC. They said I would receive my refund when I got home 2 weeks later and had turned the car in to the airport. Then after doing that they said 7 to 10 business days. Then after that time past they stopped taking my calls and the voicemail for that number changed 2 more times. I emailed their company and got no reply. $650 theft should be a felony I believe. I only want what they promised me which is my $650 deposit to hold the car. I tried to get the charge reversed through cashapp but it was denied.Initial Complaint

The morning of Saturday March 15th, called what i thought was the number for the **** rental desk at *******************. "*******" answered the phone as ****/Budget and assured me that yes, there was a van available for the dates I needed it. Information was exchanged so the reservation could be made. "*******" then asked me to check my e-mail as there was a form for me to sign. This set off alarms to me as I have never had to do any such thing for a car rental. When I raised concerns about what this form was about, the agents tone changed and he was quick to get off the phone. I immediately found a local number to call for **** and they confirmed the reservation provided was from January 2025, was not current at all, was not for me, for a van and was in another state. My card was charged $993.33, also NOT at all the discussed pricing. Upon calling back... No one can provide me with any answers or resolutions. They all continue to gaslight me that the reservation is valid, the price was discussed and there was $500 security deposit added to the cost. All false. 12/09/2024 added rental car to southwest reservation from PDX ****** to *** **********. Called back to add son to rental referred to contact Thrifty at SMF rental cars. Called, spoke to an agent named ****** or *****, indicated id have to pay up-front for addendum to keep the reservation. Opposite of what reservation states which is pay at pick-up. Didn't trust him. Asked for a confirmation after he asked to confirm reservation information. Asked why since he had the information, asked a put the rapid reward points. Said no problem. Waited for email. Didn't see anything from Southwest. Saw a reservation from **** with sons name, instead of Thrifty reservation, asked why. He said confirmation would say KRADFLY, I didn't know what that was. He got off the phone after reassuring if there was a problem contact him, left his contact number. I called back after talking with my son, felt if was shady. Called ***** they found reservation but agent unidentified. Suggested putting in a fraud complaint after discussing the upfront pay to Kradfly, not their policy, cancelled reservation. Police report filed. Investigated. Cancelled original Thrifty reservation with Southwest next day. Contacted bank to suspected fraud, filed report, investigate after paid. Never picked up vehicle, kept in communication with bank and rental investigations. Called rental agencies and agent. Agent answered his contact number as I asked about occurrences. Said he'd have someone call me back and refund charge. Never happened. Notified response to bank. Went to local bank with cancellation receipts since investigation, charge did not come off. Bank fraud determined Kradfly had a reservation number. I never picked up the vehicle. Never got refunded. Agent calls began to go straight to voicemail with the exception of him giving me the supervisor, ****, who hung up. Reserved a car they took the deposit but didn't tell me that the company that I was going to didn't take the card I had they owe me $300 and they're taking their time giving money back it's been a month this happened on the 13th of February.
