      Man is a fake, fraud, trash disrespectful business man. Its been a couple years since his people fooled me to invest in him, simply to not get my shoes. when Inasked for an update I basically was told to go f*** myself and then had others harass me on behalf of him for wondering where my shoes were. beware!!! this is a scam

      I would like to tank ***** in the cust service ***** She literally saved a customer. **************** is the most important part of a business. ***** was understanding of my concerns and gave her word she would rectify the issues. I employ you to give ***** her props. She cares, shes professional and she goes up and beyond the customer. That Five is for *****. ************************* you get a -0 its sad you care nothing for your customers. The ego is a dangerous thing. My advice is for you to employ more people that care about your business, like *****.

      Ordered a slide from Sia Collective, recieved a completely different model with the shoebox they came in completely destroyed. Sent an email immediately and still no response 3 months later. Don't like how the owner conducts himself on social media. Very rude. Won't be buying from him again.

      This business had a warehouse sale about 2 weeks ago. So I was most definitely supporting, since I bought a pair before a s everything was smooth. However, I ordered $159.59 shoes July 7th. I received a tracking number July 12th but it only shoes me the label has been created. I gave *** a call several times and they straight up told me they never received the package. I cannot even file a claim saying its lost because it has not shipped yet. I sent SIA an email July 15th and July 17th. Even message them through DM on Instagram or asked in the comments what was update for warehouse sale items far as shipping. I have not received any response. Im so disappointed because I love this brand but the professional and communication is terrible right now. As a business you suppose to have a turn around time on when you respond to emails from customers. All that ***** excuse is unacceptable we all as a cpu try have came a long way from 2020 pandemic. So saying thats your reason on your website for delays to emails is unacceptable. I refused to lost out and waste my money Im filing a dispute with my bank. He can cancel that order.

      Ordered a spot of footwear that was shipped to address that I no longer reside at I informed them of this matter b.u.t footwear was delivered and sent back to company I have reached out to said company and not yet received a response It is totally unacceptable for a business to have poor customer service when you have people that support your brand ??

      Worst **************** I have ever dealt with. I will never order from them again, a pair of laces and shoes I order came in damaged Ive been emailing them for 3 months now asking for a refund and No Reply. I even joined his discord to see if somebody can give me and answer and nobody has gotten back to me. My sneakers literally came with X marks all over them showing were the defects were with a sharpie and my laces were all ripped up. Lets not forget that it takes them 6 months to ship the sneakers when they tell you it will be there in 3 months. WORST WORST WORST Company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      **************** was great I mistakenly ordered the wrong size foams and communicated with the team who verified receipt then shipped the correct size. Im very happy with product and trusted the process.
