- All FG pizza & Italian items are sold as new. We do not sell "used" or "pre-owned" items. Any items to be returned require written notification by email notification within 7 days of customer receipt of shipment.
Defective items will be replaced at FG pizza & Italian expense. We stand behind the quality we sell.
All other returns are accepted with customer-prepaid shipping, and a 20% restocking fee, plus outbound freight. Used, washed, scratched,and/or damaged merchandise cannot be accepted; removal of protective adhesive plastic used on some items will be considered used.
