    I returned a wig. Charged me a 15% restocking fee and an additional $20 cleaning fee. The wig was out of the box 10 minutes at most. I will not use this company again.

    Hello, all returned items MUST be sent pack in original Conditions and packing. If the item is not packed correctly, the fiber gets frizzy and tangled. When a return is received, for our records we take photos of the conditions it came in. Thank you

    The best wig outlet is horrible . They have hidden charges and will not call customers back to resolve any issues. This is a horrible company to deal with. I recommend going to wig.com instead. Rip off .

    Rip off! By the time I paid for return shipping, restocking fee, and cleaning (I only tried on the wig, tags were still on, my $154.00 sale wig cost me $73.00 to return!

    On Saturday April 6 I placed an order online for a wig, I accidentally clicked on the wrong wig so immediately sent an email to request the order be cancelled and changed to the correct wig. I called on the phone, but no answer, I left two separate email messages but on Monday April 8, I received an email saying the item had shipped. I checked the **** tracking, and it said the item was ready to ship, but it did not say it had shipped. I tried calling again, waited online for a while and then a recording said they could not take my call at this time. I called again a couple of hours later and was told the item had already shipped and they had not had time to read my emails. So, I will have to pay for return shipping and then if I want the other wig, I will have to pay their excess charge for shipping and handling. This company is unresponsive and unprofessional. I should clearly be able to cancel an order long before it ships. This forced sale is a fraudulent effort without any remedy for a customer.

    Product does not look like the picture. Cap is too small so wig does not stay put. It's best to go into a store to get what you want. This company has a "no return" policy, so I'm out $50...

    I have just read the reviews and ** surprised at all the negativity.I have purchased five wigs through Best Wig Outlet. My first three are from the same brand and I like all three very much. They are different styles & different colors. I decided to try another brand and the cap was great. It was light weight and I didnt notice it at all. The hair however was longer than Im used to and it just didnt seem like me. Knowing I couldnt return it Im going to send it to my much younger niece along with a wig stand. I ordered another wig from the same brand as the last wig because I loved the cap. It is a shorter wig with curls. I havent received it yet but I look forward to getting it. Im glad to do business with BWO!!!

    The shipping address I provided is different from my billing address as I have two homes. They refused to process order unless I called and confirmed shipping address. I shop solely online and have never had this happen with any other company. Communication was unprofessional as well. I canceled my order.

    Deceptive Advertising. The wig I received which was supposed to be a *********************** is not of the quality of that brand. It was advertised as wearable right out of the box but is not. The wig fibers have no texture or style and are just sewn on a cap. This product was sold with no refund/no return policy so Buyer Beware.

    Warning - never do business with this company! I tried to cancel an order that was not going to reach me in time because of their processing and shipping times. I was told I was going to be charged $41.49 for a cancellation fee. No explanation as to why - "that's just our policy." I then asked if I refused the shipment and returned it to the sender untouched and unopened, would they still charge me a 15% restocking fee. I was told that not only would I be charged the restocking fee, but I would be charged the return shipping. I'm asking what return shipping? It specifically states on their website that **** does not charge the sender for return shipments as long as they have not been opened. And **** is the method BWO uses for free shipments. So for me to return the shipment unopened would cost me over $54.00!! The fact that I'm trying to work with them to find the easiest solution for a package that was not going to arrive on time because of their limitations and getting penalized for their incompetence because they can get away with it is beyond my comprehension of customer service. This company is the worst!!
