    Security system isnt working for remote access as stated in their listings for sales. They are ignoring requests for service issues too. System has been failing multiple Times within the last week or so. No remote access at all.

    Purchased two nvrs with cameras now entire system rendered useless as there is no remote viewing. Which is the whole object of the system. The original company file for bankruptcy in 2001 was then restarted and it looks like it's doing it again after taking people's money.

    **************** Q-SEE, who claims to be out of **********, claims to have taken over the old ************* but refuses to honor or warranty any "old" Q-SEE customers, prior to them buying out. As a result, thousands of customers who spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, are left with a useless product that no longer operates. Additionally, the "new" Q-SEE owners, do not respond to customer service issues, have no phone number, and often send out generic responses. They are currently undergoing a "server update" which has left every single customer unable to view their security systems. They repeatedly offer products for sale, but do not stand behind them. I believe, this is a money grab and are just scamming US customers by offering the sale of security systems and cameras, but there is no warranty or customer service help. They are inferior products just duping the American consumer into believing they could receive working products or support, when in fact, there is none.

    I ordered a security camera system from Qsee online on May 15, 2024 that was delivered within the week. After I set it up I had nothing but problems with it. I contacted Qsee technical support and they said to disable one function after another until it was useless. I emailed them multiple times asking for a RMA to return it for a refund. After not hearing from them I contacted my bank and reported Qsee's lack of response, My bank credited my card and contacted Qsee. I eventually got a RMA from Qsee and returned the system as instructed. After they inspected and approved my return they told me I had to have my bank reverse their refund to my account. Which I did and eventually Qsee did refund my money. The system was returned within their 30 day return policy window and it's condition was approved. All seemed good, until Qsee rebilled my card 2 months later. They do not respond to my emails and there is no phone number listed to contact them. They are thieves!!!

    These people are crooks. They sell security camera items and then close up shop, and then they create a new busness, even using the same name! *******************************************************************************************************************************!

    Q-see offered a lifetime support, and they shut down the company then opened up again claiming that they will no longer support the older equipment. They shutdown the myq-see.com remote server that handled remote viewing , rendering many surveillance boxes useless for remote viewing. They should replace my QT5516 box with one that works on their system. I paid almost $1000 for this 16 Camera system that now its useless for security. Please ask them to send me a new system or a refund. even 8 cameras is better than 16 not working ones. Please understand , the system didn't break, Q-see stopped maintaining the **** server. Thats against what they claimed in saying lifetime support see in their ******* video ************************************************
