    This company was hired to replace a propane water heater and replace a shower valve in my rental property. I paid them $3,650.77 to do this and they ended up replacing the water heater with a gas water heater instead. This caused carbon monoxide to infiltrate the home and build up to the point it caused by tenants son to pass out hitting his head and have to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. Blood tests to both of them showed high carbon monoxide and it was determined to be the result of this wrong water heater being installed. I tried calling and emailing Scott English plumbing and they will not respond. I had to hire a new company and pay them $2,989.10 fix the work and issues due to their incompetence. Scott English Plumbing has still not reached out or returned any of my communication with them even though they almost killed people from their unprofessional work. This is unconscionable and I suppose they just think Ill go away. They are being investigated by the cslb for this and claims filed against their contractors bond get denied because they have other claims filed against them so no money left to pay consumers.
