    This company is HORRIBLE, they lie to you and steal your money. They lead you to believe they are Apple and ******, THEY ARE NOT! It is the voice search, that they want to rob you a $300 monthly fee on top of another set up fee that starts at 1000 but then they offer it at $500 so they dont loose the sale. They wont cancel your service with them so when you resort to canceling them with the bank, it gives them an out of not giving your money back. The customer service with this company requires them to **** at their customers and not listen to any concerns. They constantly talk over you even when youre trying to be polite.

    I signed up for their services to represent my business and they are listing wrong details for clients to contact my handyman services.I called due to login methods not functioning and I get hung up on, I called to inform them that the listing are wrong and they inform me they will not fix their mistake. I inform them that I want to cancel my services due to misrepresentation of business details and they say no they will not until 30 days has passed at which time I will have overstepped the 30 days cancellation period!They did not honor the verbal agreement between myself, my business, for representation nor are they willing to cancel my agreement due to lack of representation of business details of mine.APNTech, in **********, is a third party company which they did not provide this information at closing of agreement and now they are enforcing policies that where not mentioned nor provided when agreed verbal Contract was established!APNTech blames other companies which I signed up for that I dont use do to lack of upholding advertised promotions to provide leads and now they unwilling to provide a refund of paid service funds to establish account of *********** individuals considering representation, stay local, its better for business if any question arise!When it comes to marketing, never again!

    They are scammers for sure, They hook you the 1st call with only one fee. Then call back the next day or two that your account needs to be higher in the technology for more $$$$$. I have called and ask for a refund. No Options. Stay away from this company. Wished I had done my homework before agreeing to the 1st call!! No Stars for this company!!

    I signed up for the Prime Listing Package under the impression that my business would be listed in over 80 search directories and become more visible online. I was told it would take 34 months to see results, but after 6 months, my business still doesnt show up in basic searchesnot even when searching for it directly.Communication with the company has been extremely poor. Every time I raise concerns about the lack of results, Im met with vague explanations and reassurances that something is being done behind the scenes. However, nothing has changed.This service has failed to deliver on its promises, and I feel misled. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Based on my experience, it feels like a scam

    Mr. ******* enrolled in our Prime Listing Package, which focuses on improving online presence through directory submissions and consistency across platforms. As was explained during onboarding, visibility improvements typically take 3 to 4 months, but they are also dependent on factors outside our control, such as the accuracy and completeness of business information on platforms like ****** Business Profile and Yelp.

    During our ongoing support calls, our team advised Mr. ******* to make key updates, including:

    Ensuring his ****** Business Profile was active and verified.

    Displaying his business address consistently on **** and other directories.

    Aligning his LLC registration details with his online listings.

    At the time of our most recent calls, his ****** Business Profile remained down, which significantly impacted visibility across search platforms. By contrast, we reviewed another business he is associated with, Viper Auto Body, and confirmed its strong visibility because consistent information had been maintained.

    We understand his disappointment and acknowledge his communication concerns. Our records show that multiple calls were made to review progress, next steps, and expectations. While directory submissions were completed on our end, the full effectiveness of the service requires the corrections noted above.

    Ultimately, Mr. ******* chose to cancel his subscription, and billing was discontinued immediately per his request. Although a refund could not be issued due to the work already performed, we take his feedback seriously and will continue to refine how we set clearer expectations and support clients more proactively throughout the process.

    On May 29, 2025, I was contacted by a representative named **** ****** from APN Tech. I was pitched a voice search marketing service for my small business. I was hesitant and expressed that I needed to discuss it with my husband and consider our budget. **** assured me multiple times that there was a money-back guarantee, which was the only reason I agreed to pay $600 on the spot.Since that payment, I have not received a single service that was promised: The onboarding call I requested and scheduled never happened. My customer portal is completely empty there are no tools, instructions, or services. I have called the company repeatedly and received no help. I was transferred, sent to voicemail, and hung up on multiple times when **** couldnt answer my questions. I requested the voice search script I was told Id receive, and no one ever followed up. When I asked for a refund, I was told I didnt meet the requirements but those terms were never mentioned during the sales call or shared with me afterward.I believe I was misled, and that APN Tech uses high-pressure sales tactics with false guarantees. Their refusal to provide a refund or any meaningful service demonstrates a lack of accountability and professionalism. I still dont know what I actually paid for.I am requesting a full refund of $600 and a written acknowledgment that services were not rendered as promised. If not resolved, I will pursue additional actions through the ***, my bank, and other public complaint channels.

    Ms. ******** enrolled in our Voice Search program on May 29, 2025, for $548. Shortly after her enrollment, she expressed dissatisfaction with the onboarding process and support. While our records show that her business information was submitted for activation, we understand that she felt the service was not delivered in line with her expectations.

    In light of her concerns, our ****************** processed a full refund of her $548 payment. A credit note was issued, and confirmation was sent via email. The funds were returned through her original method of payment, with standard processing times of 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in her account.

    We sincerely apologize for any frustration she experienced, including difficulties connecting with our support team and any miscommunication regarding refund terms. We take this feedback seriously and are actively working to improve both our onboarding process and client communications.

    At this time, Ms. ********* account is fully closed and refunded in full. No further action is required on her part. Should she need documentation for her records or have additional questions, she may contact our support team directly at **************.

    We value all feedback as it helps us strengthen our services and prevent similar issues in the future.

    I am a small business that got scammed by this company from ****** and FB advertising. I signed up for $323 Voice search April 30th after they said they could assist me and felt bad as being a seasonal female owned small business they could cut the price in half, as i was not open yet. It didn't end there, than I was contacted by the company based on a program to update and get more web exposure as my rating was low. They had a great print out with lots of sites and explanations on how I could increase my exposure and increase business. But again they cut the price to $500 as I could not afford as not open seasonally open yet. This program would be completed by Memorial Day the big opener and I would see increased exposure and see this on my platform. LOL not completed no more contact and than to my surprise $199.00 taken from my account without any explanation. Made a few phone calls and they explained this is a monthly subscription which was never talked about and these programs were a 1x fee and I would not need to have anything else, as they complete all tasks and my exposure would become more successful to my business. I did not agree to this subscription and I clearly see this as a scam. These are individuals that have great computer knowledge and are taking advantage of small business owners who are actually working hard to grow their business to support their families. PLEASE BEWARE as even the BBB responses are computer generated to make them look safe, they are not. My advise stay local with business support and ******/FB advertisers are very risky. This was a risk I took and they have scammed me out of $1022, I am very upset with myself based on these individuals who do not know what it truly means to earn a $$$$.

    On April 30, 2025, Ms. ******* enrolled in our Voice Search program for $323. Shortly thereafter, she opted into our Prime Listings Program, discounted to $500. As part of this enrollment, our representative reviewed the scope of work, including syndication of her business information to 82 online directories. During the recorded enrollment call, it was explained that the program requires ongoing monthly management ($199/month) and is recommended for 6 to 12 months to ensure lasting accuracy and visibility. The transcript confirms this was communicated at the time of sale.

    Her listings were syndicated across the directories, and our team began optimization ahead of her seasonal launch. However, Ms. ******* later expressed billing concerns and chose to cancel. As of June 10, 2025, her account has been fully canceled, and no further charges will be incurred. Please note, the cancellation removed the lock we had placed on her directory listings, which means her business information may now be vulnerable to third-party edits or errors.

    We understand her frustration as a seasonal, female-owned business working hard to build online visibility. While we stand by the work performed, including directory syndication, ongoing management, and customer support, we regret that the program did not align with her expectations.

    Disappointed with Misleading Expectations I was initially drawn to APN Tech because it was presented as a way to help my business thrive, essentially sold as a modern "digital" Yellow Pages listing service. The company promised to get my business listed on voice platforms like ******, ****** Cortana, ****** Home, and Siri, which they did. However after paying the registration fee, I quickly realized that the service was not as comprehensive as it seemed. I was told that in order to show up higher in ****** search results, I would need to purchase an additional plan so they could "fix" inconsistencies in my business listing, something I believed was included. When I asked for a refund, I was informed I did not qualify because I did not buy a tangible product. Additionally, I was told I needed to wait 28 days to let the program work before getting a refund, which felt unreasonable given the nature of the service. In the end, this felt more like an upsell funnel than a true business support service. I'm giving two stars because the idea behind the service is useful in theory, but the execution and transparency left a lot to be desired, and the staff I spoke with were friendly. Be cautious and ask very detailed questions before signing up.

    I entered into a service agreement with *** based on promises that were ultimately unfulfilled. We paid a one-time fee to ensure our business would appear in voice searches in a specific geographic area. Despite the payment and the timeframe provided, our business never appeared in any relevant voice search results.Additionally, we paid a recurring monthly fee of $199 for services that were described as a way to boost our ****** search visibility by verifying our business and distributing our information across various platforms. After months of paying for this service, our business remains buried on the third page or beyond in ****** search results, with no measurable improvement.Customer support was polite, but it became clear that the main priority was to retain our subscription rather than resolve the underlying issues. Each conversation yielded the same scripted response: it takes 612 months to see results. That timeframe seemed more like a deflection than a realistic service timeline.I did eventually cancel the service. Dakari, the representative who helped me, was understanding and professional. He deserves recognition for his patience during a difficult *************** summary, businesses should be cautious when considering ***. In a competitive digital space, many companies offer similar services, but the actual impact on search rankings is extremely limited unless you work directly with providers like ******. **** offerings did not deliver the promised value in our experience.

As explained during onboarding, SEO and organic visibility improvements are gradual processes that often require 6 to 12 months for measurable results, particularly in competitive markets such as real estate.

    Throughout the partnership, our team, including Mr. ******** whom Mr. ***** mentioned positively, maintained regular communication,  opened multiple support tickets on his behalf, and attempted follow-up calls to address his concerns about visibility. Unfortunately, despite our continued efforts, we were unable to reach the level of results he was seeking within his preferred timeframe.
    We respect his decision to cancel the service, and as confirmed, billing was stopped as of May 29, 2025. While cancellation removed the lock we had placed on his directory listings (leaving them susceptible to third-party edits), we hope the foundation we established continues to provide some long-term benefit.

    We regret that Mr. ***** did not experience the return he hoped for. However, we stand by the work performed, including the syndication and management of his listings, support provided, and the timelines communicated at the start of service. We remain open to further discussion should he wish to revisit SEO support in the future.

    If I could leave a lower review I would. I have now been with APN Tech for a year. I have not seen any ROI. I only get a bill. Don't waste your money with their service. They are scamming their customers.
