    I copied & pasted a review from here its the exact call I received from this company, when I started questioning out side of what they were pushing he started to get nasty & tossing little insults, take a wide step around these people I recieved a call from thus company, telling me they were apple maps, and they recieved a request from me. I never requested anything from this company, so I found it odd that the time frame they gave me about a submitted request did not match my timeline, because inwas working. I listened to the sales pitch and told them I'd have to look into who they were before spending any money. We agreed on a followup later in the week.The next morning I got a followup call from the same guy..... I had spoken with some corporate apple friends of mine, wondering who called me from apple.maps..... Well those guys don't call and sell services, I was told by *****. I asked the guy about it and he started running in circles about how they are a "certified" associate, and not apple maps..... after talking more about this I decided I was not going to do any business with them.... OH BOY, after hearing that the guy started to be ugly and making passive snares about my company, so we hung up the phone..... personally this feels like a scam company trying to hook customers into something..... shame on your employee and shame on you for acting like your apple!

While our representative did clarify on the call that we are not Apple Maps but rather a third-party service provider that helps businesses improve their visibility on platforms like Apple Maps through verified listing support, we regret if that message was not communicated clearly or respectfully. Our team is trained to explain our services transparently and treat every potential client with professionalism.

    Weve reviewed the interaction, including the *** confirmation that was delivered, and it appears the representative did attempt to clarify our role and credentials. However, we understand that tone and delivery matter just as much as the content of the conversation. If you felt disrespected at any point, we sincerely apologizethat is not the standard we set for our team.

    This company does not keep there word they said if voice search didnt work within 30 days money back. They refuse the refund I cancelled the plan and they still charged me. How they have a b rating I dont understand they are crooks

    ******************. They tell you that they will give you your money back if you dont get traffic from customers. I got zero customers using their software. They will not refund under any circumstances. They n charge you various fees to the point where you do t even know what youre being charged for. I recommend not giving this company the time of day. ******

    This company is setup to make believe that they are going to help your business thrive. It is bad that these people are pretty much a scam .. they make you believe they are on your side and then don't call and pretend like they are communicating through once a month email that doesn't explain anything or make sense. I do not like writing these kind of reviews so I will stop here... Do not waste your money, hope, or time!

    This is a scam. They sell their registration to all voice search platforms for 4 to 5 hundred dollars and tell you there will never be any more fees. But that money you paid is ONLY registration. You ten get told that the actual service is 200 a month for it to even work. I wasted hours of my time with them and then even more time trying to get my money back. My bank got it back for me. DONT GIVE THEN ANY MONEY!!! Scam !!!

    Customer support is absolutely garbage. I have emailed 3 times and no response. Called the number also and it rings then stops ringing but shows still connected to call. This company is a total scam!

    they made me all kinds of promises to get me on voice share, the took $800. from me and have not done anything, they will not return phone calls or emails. they send me emails about services they provide, they are terrible people. god will punish them . i want my hard earned money back
