3/12/24 Checked in, room is okay but not the cleanest. Blood on pillows.Stains around room. Lock is broken but not broken to where you cant get out. The center piece is dangling inside.Sounds like bombs going off. The ground is rattling like a war zone. (Everyday)3/14/24 Family becomes locked inside room due to the broken lock. Takes about an hour to 2 hours to finish the lock as we are still stuck inside. Have to go through the window just to receive towels from the made and even talk to the maintenance man or office.The next few days they start up charging the rent and trying to convince us we have to leave and come back to check in. We refuse as we already had a room and had it prebooked. ********** decides to start tacking on extra fees. Office doesnt give any receipts throughout the entire stay.3/23/24 Lady from office walks around me to go talk to my mom about our dog.She states they do not accept dogs even though the dog has now been here the entire stay (almost 2 weeks) the dog was there when they came to fix the lock on the door.My dad ends up paying for the day and later leaves. It is now dark time and the lady comes to my sister and states again they dont accept dogs. My sister can clearly see other people with dogs and so have the rest of us on previous days.3/24/24 ********** states to us we arent allowed to stay here because we have a dog. I come to the office to see if they need to see my medical paperwork or something. As my animals are emotional support animals. The lady begins to say she doesnt care and doesnt want to accept any documents. At this point I say this is a legal matter, its a losing cause because the property doesnt care & is in fact hiding behind the young lady who is in the office and demanding her to tell us these things instead of talking with us. The lady who told us the dog isnt allowed looks just as confused. Because the lady in the back now says she was lying about the dog and now says its about visitors.
