    The quality of the suite rentals are so poor at ************, a rental company of FRIAR TUX. The price $250 and you provide measurements to the company and they send you a complete outfit. Unfortunately, the quality is so poor and the prices to exchange for a new size are OUTRAGEOUS. This company is typically used for wedding party rentals so I had no choice in choosing this company. I have chatted with customer service and they were unwilling to work on getting a new size without fees charged even though they admit their quality and sizing is off - which is odd considering they ask for your measurements ahead of time.

    First and foremost, the rental protocol does not allow much room for error on sizing.As the groom, my jacket and pants did not fit well, which was a measurement issue as my weight and sizing had not fluctuated. For a saturday wedding, I came in on the wednesday and found the suit to need replacing; Friar Tux said that the replacement would be ready for me Friday from 4pm-7pm, which is the exact time of most wedding rehearsals. Luckily, I had called to escalate and was able to drive directly to the storage front and get my sizing then.Secondly, one of my groomsmen ran into the same issue. Except he was at the mercy of the Friday pick up, which he inevitably could not make due to the rehearsal. So he went in Saturday to pick it up, where yet again his pants did not fit him. Due to this issue, he showed up 15 minutes late for the *** OF THE WEDDING; missed out on most of the getting ready photos and made it just in time for the ceremony itself. Absolutely unacceptable.Third, the replacements (so I the groom, and the one groomsmen) did NOT receive the buttons or cuff links which were a part of the ensemble. And so, we had to combine buttons for the best man and I, and have all the other groomsmen opt out of using the added buttons.Absolutely terrible service for a once in a lifetime day. Absolute horrible protocol which leaves no room for error in your employees' measuring.
