      I purchased my solar system a couple years ago and started out thinking I made a great decision going with Go Green Solar. My system is a self install, but I did hire a professional (Master) electrician to handle all electrical system requirements. For the first few months, things went well and support seemed to be good UNTIL less than a year, I had a panel go bad. They gave me directions as to how to isolate various components to see if it was a panel or a micro-inverter. It proved to be a panel. Around 4 months later, I received a used panel. I was told that it was new but had been in the warehouse for awhile (??) and they use a different panel now so things wouldn't match up; I don't believe what I was told, since the rails seem to have a lot of flexibility. Since then, I had another panel go bad and a manager or someone high up in the company (He said he was a owner) made a decision to offer me a $200 company credit (not even $$ so I could buy another panel here in *****). After a few very disappointing conversations with this supposedly owner, I told him to go to h*** I now have a third panel that has gone bad within that 2 year window where I should have been able to get new panels at a pro-rated price, at a minimum. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, you will regret your decision and lose your money.

      Wow, great customer service! My husband purchased two photovoltaic systems from a different company that failed miserably to provide any customer support, resulting in much frustration. Thankfully, GoGreenSolar.com bought that company out and, although they really had no financial incentive to do so, reached out to my husband and went above and beyond to help him get the systems up and running! The tech who worked with my husband was so easy going and helpful, not ******* or cutting corners at all. We will definitely buy our next systems from GoGreenSolar.com! Highly recommend!
