    My car brake were making noise so on 08/01/2022 I took my car to Anaheim Auto Repair Muffler care. Upon checking my car by their mechanic. They recommended to change my front brake pads and the plate. I agreed to fix the front brake pads and to replace the plates. It would cost me $175 in total. After few hours I got a call that my car is fixed and I can picked it up. I went there to get my car and make the payment. Upon arriving to the location, I went to the front desk for the payment. The guy gave me total of $360.08, and I was like you guys said it will be $175. The guy in front desk said that, We changed the front and the back. I was like I never asked for it, why did you guy changed both? He said that my mechanic said that both needs to be changed. I was like at first he told me I need to change only front and I wont hear the noise. However, they wanted me to pay the full price to relese my car. So, I told them I like how you guys scamed me. I paid full price in the hope that my car will have no brake issues for some time. However, three week later I started hearing the same noise. I was working so I did not get a chance to go back to them. On 09/13/2022 I went to the shop and asked for a full refund. I told them I dont want to deal with them, they are all scammers. The same guy who helped me on 08/01 told me there is no refunds and I will have my mechanic check your car again. He also said that I need to change my brake rotors again. I answered with, I dont want you guys to touch my car anymore. I want a refund, if I dont get a refund, I will request a dispute for the amout I paid and will report you guys to BBB. They said, we can not refun the amout and you can go now. I am filling this complint for two reasons. First, I want my money back and second I dont want any other innocent person be scammed by these people. I believe in BBB justice and I hope to see justice.I also have the second visit voice recording, If needed will provide Thank you,
