    Date of transaction happened on August 17, 2022. I had an accident by myself the night before, 2:00am I called 911 no Services were open at the time. I left the car and came back the next morning. The free *************** patrol towed me into a bus parking lot. I had no insurance and was calling tow services. After calling a few I was able to get a quote on one tow service that can get me to my destination at my asking price. I waited and the tow guy, his name is ********* over looked my car and proceeded to explain how he has two shops and can get everything I need done. I took his word for it and I paid the full estimate he asked which was *****. My boyfriend paid for it. ********* claimed the car can be done in two weeks I proceed to give a call and check, there was no answer for a few day. I texted and waited. He called back saying yo give him two more weeks. I needed the car in the beginning and I did ask for it but he claimed they were almost done. I said okay. Time was passing and at this point in my life I needed financial support but the Documentation to file was in my car. I explain that they can keep the car but they can send an address on where my car was currently to pick it up. There was nothing for a few weeks. There was no Communication on time, or any explanation of how bad the damages were damages after further examining the car. I got my car and took it to ***** the next morning and I asked them to fully examine the vehicle. I had to pay for an alignment because the stirring wheels were not straight. After waiting 4 hours they brought back my car and explained everything is still not right and not safe to drive especially with my baby. ********* gave me his word it was. He doesnt want to provide the amount he spent on part with proof. I am no longer welcome back and not received any money back and believe he will not take responsibility for the service he has done. The car is under my mother and myself. I am paying off the car.
