    I wish I read these reviews before wasting $300. I ordered power blocks in June 2024 and was told they would ship in 2-3 weeks. In August I reached out to see if they had shipped and was told they had just arrived from the producer and needed to be powder coated. I never heard back from them. I have tried calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails. Nothing. In December I left a message on their Instagram and I got an email (supposed) from ****** the "owner." I explained the situation and asked that they either ship the order or issue a refund. He never acknowledged or responded to my email or DMs. Tried contacting my bank to dispute the purchase but they said it was a legitimate purchase. Guess I'm out $300. ****. Don't purchase from this company. I'm not sure they are a real company at this point.

    10-06-24 ****ed my one year anniversary with Crawford blowing smoke and telling me all these grandiose lies about production , I've been waiting for an exhaust i ordered last year that was in stock at the time of purchase, i was told two more weeks almost every time i called for almost a year, it wasn't until i called one fateful day and spoke with the CEO ****, he told me about the machine that bent the pipe breaking how the people working under him were incompetent and how production fell, all the while i saw new posts and new parts coming out for other ******'s on Instagram. fast forward a few more months and I've called and texted, his personal number and i still don't have my exhaust and i still get the run around. would i recommend Crawford ? no absolutely not , don't buy anything from them unless you just want to give **** your money, its been a year of waiting for me and still counting. every single Crawford part i own is coming off and going into the metal bin at work. its a shame they ride on *** blocks name im sure he would be disappointed to say the least.

    Heres my experience with Crawford Performance over the past 2 years.1. 05/12/23 - Ordered Axle-back exhaust for ****** Crosstrek 2. 05/18/23 - Ordered differential skid plate, they gave me an ETA of 05/31/23 3. 07/07/23 - I reached out by email to get an *** on both orders, no responses from Crawford Performance 4. 07/17/23 - I emailed Crawford Performance for ****, no response 5. 07/27/23 - Differential skid plate arrived (2 months late)6. 08/15/23 - I requested and received a refund for my exhaust pipe order, because it was taking too long to ship.7. 01/12/2024 - re-ordered Axle-back exhaust along with two different skid plates (motor and transmission), because they said they were low stock, but not on back order.8. 01/29/24 - only 1 part arrived (transmission skid plate) and they estimated 2-3 week delivery for the rest of the parts. One corner of the skid plate was completely bent making it very difficult to fit on. Because I couldn't bend it back and the fitment was slightly off, I had to file the bolt holes bigger to get it to fit. It also came without washers for the bolts, so I had to get those.9. 03/11/24 - **** ********** from Crawford Performance told me that they didnt have the exhaust part I ordered, but they were willing to give me a different exhaust that came with two tips instead of one, at no additional cost. He also said my skid plate was shipping along with it. I accepted the offer.10. 03/28/24 - I reached out by email to get an updated ETA, no response.11. 04/19/2024 - ********* plate arrived, no exhaust pipe. Plate come w/o needed washers, and the fitment was slightly off. I had to file the holes much bigger in order to reach all of the bolts.12. On 04/30/24 - ***** ****** from Crawford Performance emailed me with the same offer for a different exhaust pipe, I was confused and accepted the offer again, and she said she would start packaging my order.13. 05/07/24 - The axle-back exhaust pipe arrived (4 months after I ordered it).

    I ordered a gymkhana k2 exhaust on 05-12-24 and have yet to receive it or any refund that I have requested. I originally sent emails questioning on when I should be expecting it to be shipped/received, in return i received two emails back informing me that they are waiting on the fabrication shop and also on the "tips" to my exhaust that only needs one "tip". After that I would no longer receive any responses to my emails, because of this I requested a refund on 07-29-24. Much like before I have received no response regarding my refund. It has been months of no response and I just want my money back or at least the exhaust I originally wanted.

    Actual address for the physical location of the store where Mark ********************** is not CA. When you ****** the address is CA its a *** store where he has a mailbox. Crawford Performance ********************************** The owner does not pay his employee on time and does not pay them for their pay after they depart the two person operation. The owner is not ordering the products when he should and feels he is above the law and that the BBB "does nothing", I would suggest contacting the York County PA district attorneys office.

    I ordered just a set of hood lights for my forester. It took over 6 months. It said they were in stock when I purchased them, and it continued to say in stock over the whole 6 months. The customer service was horrible. They kept telling me that they were waiting on wiring harnesses from ***** Im sure. After sending multiple nicer emails. I sent some nasty ones and finally got a reply from a higher up person. 6 months later I finally received it. It is a good product but I will never buy anything from them again. I feel for the people that spent thousands on a motor.

    I ordered exhaust from them and they said it would be 2 Weeks that was 7 months ago I have emailed them multiple times and called them multiple times and its always a excuse if we are waiting on the fab shop and when I asked for a refund they said the *** needs to approve the refund and havent heard anything about that refund and it has been 4 weeks this company is the biggest joke ever for a performance shop

    Absolutel nightmare don't waste time and money EVER!! I ordered a motor through the *** of crawford performance and a guy name ****** that works or worked I don't know at this point, I was told 4 weeks for pistons and they could put it together and send me my 5k motor..well it's been over 6 months tons of emails tons of trying to call to find out where is my motor I spend hard money on and we'll ring around the rosy no one knows what's going on how far along it is.. then told there having a meeting over engine building another month goes by still nothing no motor.. after 6 months I tried calling and just get my money back they have to get the ok from the *** **** and will call or email me well nope that didn't happen either true next day same thing like can't get my motor or my money like there just a nightmare!!! need to shut the doors and work on getting stuff fixed before selling stuff!
