We entered into a contract with timeshare compliance. They claimed that if we paid them over $12k their legal team would release us from our timeshare with Bluegreen, removing any collection potential and maintaining our excellent credit. Communication with them dipped as soon as we started. Eventually the Attorney involved - ****************** contacted us for the payment that we owed to them. Then all communication ended. During the next 20 months we would occasionally reach out for an update, but nothing was available, it would take multiple attempts before anyone would acknowledge our attempts. Anytime Bluegreen would reach out we would direct them to our legal representation provided by Timeshare Compliance. Our credit remained excellent. Then as our final payment came due we contacted them again. Within a couple of weeks after our final payment was made we received an update! There was a class action lawsuit resolution. We would receive an update shortly this was almost over. That was five months ago. Since then we have received collection attempts for the first time by *********. Our credit has plummeted. We went from having zero issues with credit to being denied by our existing creditors with whom we have excellent payments paid in advance and never a late being told we have a collection on our credit. All attempts to reach out to Timeshare compliance have been met with silence. Finally a manager reached out and promised to get this straightened out. Then silence. They have a four star on BBB. This was why we used them. Dont make our mistake! This was money thrown away. We could have done on our own without them. They will not accomplish anything but line their pockets. They are worse than the timeshare companies! Stay away from this company and Carlsbad law group. They dont reply either. What a surprise.
