      We have been working with Timeshare Compliance for over 4 years now trying to be released from our Wyndham contract, they stated that we would be released from with their help in less than 2-3 years, but here we are at over 4, still unsure if competed or not.We have been emailing TSC, our emails are being return. We have sent every correspondence from the developer that they have asked for every time we receive one, do not know if they have been received due to our emails being rejected from them, as it states that we have been blocked from them.In working with them in regards to our credit scoring, they set us up with Identity IQ, which is a way to check our credit scores, our scores had changed, but in talking with ID IQ they suggested that we reach out to TSC to have this fixed, when we have they just stated that there is nothing to worry about and it takes time to fix this and when it is all completed it will be fixed. That was over a year ago when we spoke to them.How do we find out if this is even completed when they won't respond to us or accept our emails or calls. We have had over 5 different contact representatives from this company through out the years and were never told when they would change, we would send information to our "representative" it would be returned as they no longer work there, having to go through the hassle of finding out who our new one is at that given time and resend all of our information. To this day we still do not know who our contact person there is.We are full time workers and it is not easy to find time to track this companies personnel down, esp. after we paid them to help us.We are wanting to move on, with complete resolution and our credit score fixed.When we started with TSC, we had other friends who we were going to send to ***, but not now. We want completed resolution in writing that this is done.Your 5 star rating just went to 1 with us! Happy to change it to 5 with final resolution from all of this.

      We understand your frustration and want to acknowledge that *******, in our experience, is the slowest to let people out of their timeshare. That is unfortunate. Please know that your legal process and activity started right when you signed with us and all the legal paperwork has been filed and all of this time, it has been in process. Unfortunately, we can not move the legal process along any faster than is legally allowed. I will check in with the lawyers again to see if they can send another letter to push the developer.

      In March of 2023 we paid $10,000 for timeshare compliance to get me and my husband out of our timeshare contract. They said it could take up to a year, and they don't take cases they can't win. They said that we wouldnt hear much from them, but they would be working on it. We didn't hear much from them, especially after we got our foreclosure notice. They said to stop making payments, because any payment we make won't be recovered and they had someone, in house, that stops the negative credit reporting. When we got our foreclosure notice, I didn't know what to do, i trusted this company and it has ruined my credit and taken about as much from me as the tine share itself cost! I could have gone into foreclosure all by myself.

      You are out - yay! That is because of our work and the legal team's work. If you had done this on your own, you would not have been protected legally. Also, we know the correct process to get developers to release clients. It is not as simple as your not paying your fees. You would not automatically receive a foreclosure. We will send you some helpful information about credit repair. Unfortunately, it is part of the process of getting out of your timeshare.

      I was told I was getting out of my contract, not that I was going into foreclosure. I could have gone I to foreclosure on my own. This is not the service I paid for. I would like a full refund and not the mutual release of obligation to eachother that you mentioned on my voicemail. My credit was impacted and I now have a foreclosure on my credit. I would like all of my money back.

      We are sorry if you feel that you didn't understand the process. The ways of getting out of a contract are explained in depth in your contract with us. I can't expand here because it is a confidential contract and your disclosing cost makes you in breach of your contract unfortunately. We can not offer a refund since we completed the project for you with a successful exit. There are ways to report the credit report from the developer so it doesn't affect your credit. You can dispute it very easily.

      In October 2019, my wife and I contracted with Timeshare Compliance to help us exit our *************** timeshare. They promised to get us out of our timeshare contract since the company used fraudulent, misleading, high-pressure sales techniques.. Timeshare Compliance directed us to retain their associate law firm ********************** $750.00 retainer fee) to litigate the cancellation of our timeshare contract. They said the law firm would present our case with their other Timeshare Compliance cases against *************** in court to speed up the timeshare exit strategy. They also told us to stop making our monthly timeshare mortgage payments as it would impede their timeshare exit strategy. Then, Timeshare Compliance directed us to use the service of an associate credit repair company ($29.99 monthly fee) to monitor our credit and have any negative reporting from *************** removed from our credit reports. At present, we have not exited the timeshare, we have breached our timeshare contract with **************** and our credit is in a shambles. Even more infuriating, we just received an email from the ****************** asking us to pay $400.00 within 30 days or they will no longer provide us with legal representation. We have had very little interaction with Timeshare Compliance and the ****************** over the years. When I speak too a Timeshare Compliance representative, they cannot tell me when my contract will be canceled, and they provide the same answers i.e., we are so sorry for the lack of updates, your lawyer has been working on the case, we have been working on your case and developers take their time. Moreover, I had four client representatives over the years. We feel Timeshare Compliance have scammed us out of thousands of dollars, and we continue to suffer the consequences of Westgate Resorts negative reporting by having to pay higher interest rates and being denied loans. Please Help!

Your process has already begun, the lawyers filed the cease and desist and therefore you are protected. The credit issue we need to address right away and we are using another service which will be no cost to you that has proven to be more effective.       I signed a contract and paid $9,000 in full with Timeshare Compliance to help get me out of my timeshare contract in August 2023. They agreed to refer me to an attorney and provide credit scrubbing services. I signed the contract and paid the retainer to ****************** in September 2023. The credit scrubbing service, Resolute Servicing, never contacted me. I sent several emails and made several calls and finally reached someone in December 2023. I immediately provided them with everything they requested, but by that point, my credit score had already dropped over 100 points. In December 2023 ****************** sent **************** a cease and desist letter, but I continue to receive collection letters every month- a fact which I notified ****************** about in May 2024. I am still receiving collection letters to this day. Nothing else has been done by any entity on my behalf. I have sent several emails made and made many calls to get something done, and yet nothing happens. My credit report continues to show delinquent payments, ****************** has done nothing else after sending the C&D letter and Timeshare Compliance has ignored my requests for updates and to do something to make progress on my case. I sent Timeshare Compliance an email today, 7/23/2024, to make them aware of my desire for a full refund. They have not fulfilled their end of the contract and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund of $9,000. I am not requesting a refund of the $950 retainer paid to ******************.

      I have sent your file onto our internal team who is using our own system for credit help. We will follow up on that. Most of your complaint is based on Carlsbad Law. Please understand that Carlsbad Law is a seperate company and although an affiliate, we have nothing to do with their work or activity. Also, as per your contract, you are not allowed to share private information as to our fees and are therefore in breach of your contract. I recommend you reviewing this again and leaving out any activity for ******** since that is not our company.

      I understand that ****************** is a separate entity, but referring me to a qualified attorney is part of what I paid you for. In one year, the only thing that has happened on my case is one letter was sent to the timeshare company- ONE LETTER IN A YEAR!

      Also, I can't believe that in your response you not only took no responsibility for no progress being made on my case and my credit taking a huge hit and instead are saying that I am in breach of the contract. 

      After speaking with a *** from your company the other day, I was willing to continue working with you to hopefully resolve this matter. Now seeing this response, it only confirms my belief that no one at Timeshare Compliance or ****************** cares about me or my case and will continue to do nothing for me.

      I am not satisfied with how they have handled my case thus far and I am not satisfied with how they have handled my complaint/request for refund. At this point, I just want to cancel my contract and receive a full refund from Timeshare Compliance. I understand I am not entitled to a refund of the retainer I paid directly to ******************* The situation with my timeshare was already difficult enough. I went to Timeshare Compliance for help and they have only made the situation more difficult. At this point, I just want to move on and be done with both my timeshare company and with Timeshare Compliance.

      I have the same complaint as the previous complaint dated July 2024. I paid $17,000 to get my Westgate timeshare canceled it has been 5 years I have had very little interaction with the company. I have to call them constantly asking for updates. They are not proactive with reaching out to me. Now I'm being told that I have to pay 400 more dollars for the law firm to send a second demand letter. The timeshare has not responded to the first demand letter. I was also told that if the timeshare goes into foreclosure they will help me scrub my credit. That is erroneous because my credit score went from 800 down to 628 and they have not been able to help me get the negative reporting from Westgate off of my credit report. I am suffering the consequences by having to pay higher interest rates, being denied for new credit cards/loans, and I just had my **** of America credit card canceled even though the balance was zero because they said I have negative reporting on my credit report.

      I hired timeshare compliance 6k to get me out of my contract. Along with an additional $750 for an attorney fee. They also convinced me to hire a credit company if I stop making payments to protect my credit. 6 months later my timeshare went into foreclosure and appeared on my finances credit. I figured since we we paid good money for a credit company, they would handle it. It never came off and when I reached out to them months later (seeing they were not giving me quarterly updates as promised) they didnt even know that my account had defaulted. Now here I am 3 years later, after been strung along by excuses, the law office has contacted me saying my account was taken care of because my account defaulted. Claiming I have no more financial obligations and I was out of my timeshare which is not the case. Westgate is still holding me responsible for the financials of my timeshare. Timeshare compliance told me that if they were unsuccessful they would refund me. And seeing Seeing they only sent out two letters in 3 years, and I paid $6,750, I would like to see those billable hours and at least have the majority of my money refunded to me so I can for real get out of timeshare by offering a deed back with a lump sum. Which is basically what the law office is saying they did but the letter from westgate is not stating that information. I am done dealing with these scam artists. I do not want to work with them anymore. This is my second time reaching out on bbb. If this does not happen through the help of bbb, I will have to resort to different agencies.

      On May 2nd 2021 we signed up to have our Timeshare "taken care of". We paid more than ten thousand dollars with the promise that they were about to send hundreds of other complaints and we would be part of that induction - which would speed things along. No promises but said most take about two years. They stated that the credit repair services would remove the loans from our credit, that it was illegal the way they report them and it is easy for them(with the knowledge they have). We were told that within 2-3 years we would not longer have any owed debt to ******* and we would be able to stop paying for this because we were baited by them - again siting their experience and track record. I have been patient, I have reached out every few months for years and now am getting no updates from them. The timehsare is still showing on my credit as delinquent and Timeshare Compliance has literally done nothing they said they would, not one thing. As far as I can tell the only people that get anything accomplished submit this to you first and then suddenly the process is over. I have no faith and want my money back. It has been over three years and nothing has changed. You are worse than the timeshare themself because at least I had something I could have used. I was told not to use it and not to talk to ******* ever about a settlement. I heard the ads on the radio, they were terrific in the beginning but are mostly non responsive at this point. Please help me get my money back. I could have sold the timeshare by now and used the money I paid you to get out of these in a serious way.

      2019 I paid Timeshare compliance ****** for their timeshare exit service due to the fact that they stated it would take one year to be exited and that my case was a common case and guaranteed their service. It's 2024 and still they have done no timeshare exit and it's the same story about a letter they sent back in 2019 to the timeshare and that they have not responded to the lawyer. Today July 2024 we received an email from the lawyer that they want an additional 400 dollars to extend their service another 2 years again with another letter to the timeshare. I don't know what to do I feel I was scammed and still to this day still getting scammed to pay more money. I still have the receipt of the ****** and the date when we payed them and have the email stating they want more money and I have to pay within 30 days. I would like my money back for no services rendered from timeshare compliance. The fact that they want more money on top of what I already paid is outrageous. I already asked for refund and they told me there was no refund.

      This company charged us $7,000 to get us out of a timeshare and has not done anything nor have they replied to our emails. Our credit has taken a severe hit over the past four years since signing on with this company and we cannot make any purchases dur to lack of action on their part. This is looking to be more of a scam since our credit report states the account will be wiped clean on it own as of August 2027. So we paid $7,000 to have this alleged company full of attorneys ignore us for the past 3 1/2 years, while we watch our credit take a hit and have each month marked as late for this account. We have no other issues with our credit and listened to a fast talking salesman con us into signing on with this company to have them do nothing at all. We are not informed on any details and instructed to just sit and wait. We would like this company to be exposed for what they did to us and our money returned so we can make so sort of deal with the lender to get ourselves out of this situation. We cannot make any purchases or refinance with this currently on our credit report. Now the amount due to the Timeshare company as of today June 24, 2024, is $16,705.
