    I paid ****** for lil kickers on 11/27/2023 and the representative stated that the card didnt go through and passed the card again. I was charged twice the same amount. The class was for my daughter to start a class of soccer on December 10th but within the time I paid and the class starting my daughter started with her asthma problems and I called ******************** in ******* and let them know if it was a possibility to change my daughter to the session in February since she was sick. Unfortunately she didnt get better and I contacted by mail the contact person johvonni and explained to him the situation and that I was also charged twice. He explained that I was going to get a refund as soon as he could. He processed the return and I waited for 1 month but nothing came and so I contacted him again. He explained that my claim was going to send it o accounting and he will get to me as soon as he heard something. I have tried contacting this representative from ****** but no response. I emailed another representative **** but no response. It has been now almost a year since I have not hear anything. I am still waiting for my refund for classes my daughter never took.
