    I purchased a $100 Sephora gift card from Safeways at ****************** on December 10th 2024 for my fiance's birthday in between my purchase and her using the gift card the funds had been depleted upon finding out first reached out to Safeway which directed me to their gift card services and I started a case only to be told two weeks later they would not be able to resolve my issue due to Sephora not giving them certain information they needed I was told to get a hold of ******* which I did and they told me they do not disclose information to get a hold of my financial institution which I did and they told me to get back a hold of Safeway so I physically went into the store and they filed another claim with their gift card services to which again was denied so I contacted Safeways for the third time only to be told to start a case with their gift card services as of this date January 21st 2025 no resolution or refund has been made or refunded
