The alleged debt owed to GRANT AND WEBER has already been tendered to a 0 balance as evidenced by the *** acceptance of 1099A on May 7, 2024. Furthermore GRANT AND WEBER is in violation of the **** for reporting a debt without possessing the original we ink autographed contractual agreement. I have never received services or done business with GRANT AND WEBER at any time for any reason and I do not consent to their account being reported to my EXPERIAN TRANSUNION EQUIFAX ***** NEXIS credit reports. GRANT AND WEBER is also in violation of the ***** for attempting to collect on a debt without possession of the original wet ink autographed contract. For the record, GRANT AND WEBER is Not the holder in due course in accordance with UCC ***** which defines the holder as follows. The holder took the instrument (i) for value, (ii) in good faith, (iii) without notice that the instrument is overdue or has been dishonored or that there is an uncured default with respect to payment of another instrument issued as part of the same series, et al. GRANT AND WEBER purchased this debt after it had already been declared DEFAULT by the original Creditor ******* ***** MD which means the purchase was not in Good Faith. Furthermore, UCC ***** states a person does not acquire rights of a holder in due course of an instrument taken (i) by legal process or by purchase in an execution, bankruptcy, or creditor's sale or similar proceeding, (ii) by purchase as part of a bulk transaction not in ordinary course of business of the transferor, or (iii) as the successor in interest to an estate or other organization. GRANT AND WEBER acquired this debt by ********'s sale/legal process which further validates the fact that GRANT AND WEBER did NOT acquire the rights of the Holder in due course and ALL collection attempts and reports to my credit report are VIOLATIONS of federal law and GRANT AND WEBER must DELETED FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTS AND GRANT AND WEBER MUST CEASE ALL COLLECTION ATTEMPTS.Initial Complaint

There is a **** dollar debt on my credit report that I have no knowledge of. It is shown as opened in Sept 2023 with Grant and Weber **** The problem is, I did not open any new accounts in the last 5 years that haven't already been resolved. I have also received zero communication from anyone about said debt. I do not know what it is for at all. I have health insurance that covers all expenses unless otherwise noted upfront, in which I pay the ** pay or total amount due for services on the spot, before the appointment begins. It's been this way since 2008, when I joined the military. Again, I have no knowledge of this debt and it is killing my credit score, since it goes up by at least 100 dollars a month. I would like the company to rectify the situation, since they have provided zero communication on their end about the debt. As stated, I can't pay for something if I don't know what it is for, nor can I contact anyone about fraud or false debt if I don't know where it came from. I have no account number or anything. Again, zero correspondence. Next step I will take will be hiring a lawyer. I am submitting a screen shot of the debt on my credit report so you can validate it is there and it offers no indication of who to contact or anything.Initial Complaint

I saw this company on my credit report. When I notice it it was for a central ******* hospital. I was never admitted nor have I ever went to this place for care. I have disputed their claim many times. Before the last dispute. I went and got proof from the place. Under ******************************* nothing comes up that I ever been there. However under ***************************** it comes up a bill. This isn't the correct spelling of name. Even with proof Grant & Weber continues to say it is mine. They keep on putting interest payments on a bill that not even mine. I have never received any bill from this company. Nor have I ever received any information on this account.
