I have been a customer for 9 months. during these 9 months they have been taking payment for services from my checking account 3169 except the payment for February was not polled from my checking account. it was never sent to my bank. so I received a letter from the utility company there was an incorrect routing or checking account number. and they were going to charge ***** return fee. I went to their website and resigned up for auto pay and then called them on monday morning to talk about this. they told me there was a charge from **************** because of insufficient funds. ( a lie) there has never been insufficient funds and I do not deal with ****************. they said my bank made the charge ( ********** ) and that I needed to take it up with them. so I drove to ********** and had them look into and was told there was never a charge from Foothills to my account 3169 for February and that they did not charge Foothills a fee. so Foothills is lying to me on 2 items. for 8 months they charge and my bank pays but for some reason they did not charge my account in February and now they want me to pay ***** that is not fair I did not change banks and have always paid my bills on time for 72 years. I drove to their business to speak with a supervisor and you can not enter the building. I was told they are not open to the public. *** what sort of utility company is not open to their customers. this is beyond crazy to me. auto pay worked great for 8 months and then in February it did not go and that is because they charged the wrong account again not my fault. they are going to make me pay the ***** feee or they will cut off service to my home. how is it they make a mistake and have to pay for it. how did it work fine for the 8 months I have been there customer?

Foothills utilities is a new **mpany. They bought out the previous utility ** so Ive only dealt with them for a year. I had no issues while with prev owner except paying them was a pain. They didnt have online bill pay & I took payment in monthly. So to ******* going to their office monthly I overpaid and kept a running balance. I stopped service 11/18/23. They called 2 weeks later asking for forwarding address. I said I knew this would happen. I already gave you that. I just called again today (12/20/23). Hi remember wheres my refund. *** still working on that. Check is going out today and because of holiday mail youll see it in a 2 - 2.5 weeks.
