      My vehicle was repossessed, pictures of my vehicle attached on the tow truck shows my front bumper completely intact. When I picked up my vehicle from tow yard my front bumper was ripped off the body and under carriage dragging. The company A&A tow in yuma az, refused to pay for damages when pictures show clearly before and after. The female on the phone cursed & stated my vehicle was " a piece of junk from the begining". And hung up on me.

      This company stole our truck out of a parking lot where there were not "no parking" signs on the side where our truck entered. They broke into the truck, got it started and drove it to their yard, then charged us $1,837.50 when we went to pick it up an hour later when the sign said the max tow charge was $750. They are thieves, plain and simple.

      My vehicle was illegally towed from private property and then listed with the sheriff's as a repossession.i couldn't find it for days due to this also when I retrieved my vehicle all of my tools were gone off the truck .when I called the company and asked what their policy was for inventory of vehicles they said only on repossessions but not for my vehicle for some reason they charged me fees that I don't understand for an inspection fees and abandoned vehicle when I was in contact with their company daily thru *************************** one of their employees the lady at the window refused to give me a breakdown of the fees and slammed the window in my face when I went to try to get my property off the truck .and told me I would have 15 min to get property or be charged 75 dollars an hour for it .my vehicle was illegally towed from private property in the first place and then listed as a repo .
