Hello,I purchased a Titan Solar system through RA Power Connect last spring. An agreement that I be paid a $2k Incentive/Rebate from RA Power upon completion of the installation was made at that time with RA Power Salesperson ******************* who represented himself as an RA Power employee. When the install was finally completed in Sept 2023, I contacted RA Power for payment. It was at this time I learned that ******************* was no longer with the company. After initial positive comments that payment would be forthcoming, RA Power's Founder/CEO ***************************** protested that **** was not in a position to commit the company to the incentive as he was not an employee but rather a **** contractor that was required to obtain written permission that RA Power agreed to the incentive. I contacted **** who told me there was no such requirement and that he had received permission from his "boss." Not wanting to get further involved he declined to provide any emails or text messages discussing the incentive. After an exchange of emails, ***************************** agreed to meet the commitment paying out the incentive in $500 increments, see attached email, beginning Nov 1st. To date, no payment has been received. While still apparently in active business, RA Power's advertised general 800 number is no longer working, ********************************* cell phone voicemail box is full and no one is responding to my email queries. I'm asking that the BBB please intervene and convince RA Power Connect to meet their obligation and pay me the $2k Incentive.Thank you
