    Don't use this company. We have not lived out the place since April 25 and they treated it in Nov 25. I just called them up asking about it and they said they were "honoring our contract" and that we should have received an automated call that they were coming. I received no such call. They did work for the close of escrow and I let them know we were moving since the place was sold. I asked if they even contacted the people who now own the place and live there and they said no one was home. So now apparently, I have to pay for the service the new owners received because this company does not do refunds. No option to leave 0 stars but I would. They have a very poor rating on Yelp too.
