I purchased Load Training's Home Study Freight Brokering for $799 after confirming with **** that there will be guaranteed agent placement after completion. No experience Agency Placement is also stated on the company's website. After successfully completing the course and receiving my Certificate I contacted the company and informed **** that I was ready for placement. He promptly gave me *****'s number, stating that he was the person responsible for placement. I tried contacting ***** numerous times and even spoke to him once when he stated that he was busy and will return my call, which never happened. I spent another week trying to contact ***** with no success so I contacted **** again after which he left a voicemail on my phone stating that he is not responsible for agent placement and does not know why ***** is not returning my call.As such, I would like a refund...I spent months studying and completing a course of which I am still not able to get employment.

horrible. I attended online in November 2020. to the date, I cannot and have not received any assistance. Now my emails aren't even responded to. They responded when I needed to send money. go figure. my bachelor's degree isn't in brokering. so if you7 have a student who has paid the fees to begin a new career ASSIST THEM, why give some mediocre response oh, you have to use the cheat sheet when speaking to customers/shippers. Interestingly enough the package stat4ed they would provide shippers and a load board. false, haven't found nor had any shippers and I'm responsible for the load board because I was an online student. don't waste your money. like me

*****, I'm sorry that you did not feel that assistance was provided at a level you expected. When you first signed on in January you were sent a welcome email that contained all of the contact information for our office. We do not and have never, provided, nor stated that we provide shipper leads to our agents. Again, in the welcome email you received, it provided 2 different, free, lead sources that you could utilize to begin searching for Shipper leads. Every agent is responsible for purchasing their own loadboard account subscription, regardless of whether they attended in person or took our online course, and I'm not quite sure where your confusion on that matter comes from, as we have many agents who come onboard and there doesn't seem to be any kind of wide spread confusion on what is or is not their responsibility to cover by way of subscription services. Ultimately though our goal here is satisfaction. If you are interested in continuing with Freight Brokering, we would be happy to sit down with you and discuss your concerns, and see what we can do to get you up and running on a path to success. Freight Brokering isn't a Get-Rich-Quick scheme, it takes serious effort in sales and customer service to land and maintain shippers. In the end it has a very real and great potential for being a highly profitable and fulfilling source of income.

excuse the multiple errors. let me clear as I type. since that email with the BBB and the last email that I sent to the company I still have not had any assistance. the email to the date has gone unresponsive. At this point and level of frustration. I need to know how I can utilize the broker agent authority without being affiliated with the company? which is the same question asked in the email I sent. I am aware that the business isn't a "get rich quick" scheme, nor is it "sit idly while nothing happens neither," the confusion again madam/sir is being directed to a "sheet" on how to get loads, how to contact shippers. I've done the "cold calling" emailing and even sent over 100 letters within two weeks to prospective clients. To no avail "I remain at the starting level of zero." Frustration can be used for a lack of other words. I do have the welcome packet that was sent... however, they're not any leads nor shippers in the said package. so, again what happens now in regards to this student, as of June 18, 2021, that has not successfully made any contacts/ leads with any shippers? my email is still available.
