    1st visit to fix drip system problem was on 22 April 2024.Tech did not bring correct equipment to evaluate problem.2nd visit 25 April 2024 no help and was late.3rd visit 27 April 2024 no help.4th visit 29 April 2024 did determine wire from controller need to be replaced.5th visit Laid wire above ground and later called with an estimate to put wire in conduit for $1400.I purchased solenoids and controller box for additional costs.

    Our main drain line was backing up. Sound plumbing came to inspect ad resolve the issue. We were quoted $4600 to X-ray the yard to locate the blockage, including to dig a trench following the pipe so the repairs could be made. The tech returned the next day, dug a 3 ft radius hole and a 1 ft by 4 ft deep hole under our home and removed a p trap. The plumbing issue continued, the supervisor was contacted sent a tech to resolve the issue, which resulted in continued plumbing problems, the site area was left mangled leaving a sinkhole as he had cut the retainer out from under our modular home. The supervisor agreed to return Monday, 4 days later. Around 12pm Monday November 14th the company van arrived. After some time I was informed it would cost another $9000 to perform the services we believed were already paid for. I have asked for an invoice and have yet to receive one for services rendered nor have I been able to obtain a copy of the contract agreement.

    We are greatly displeasured that you are unhappy with the service you have received. The initial blockage was attempted to be cleared multiple times by the most superior equipment on the market, before coming to conclusion, that there were present issues needing to be addressed, in order to clear it. A flat rate price was provided to you, accompanied by the work that would be performed. The agreed upon price, as well as tasks provided therein, were performed in full to allow access to clear the sewer blockage. The sewer blockage was cleared as stated, as well as warrantied. Once clear, we performed a thorough camera inspection, that revealed additional issues within your sewer line that would require additional attention. The price of these additional repairs have been quoted to you, and we understand that you are unhappy regarding the price. This additional price quoted to you does not alter what has already been performed and completed, as stated in your invoice. The invoice with services rendered, as well as the contract(attached in every invoice), was sent to you promptly, and without issue. We have offered several times to even return a set amount of funds to please you as our customer. We cannot perform the additional repairs on your sewer line at no cost, but are always willing to bend over backwards to keep our customers happy.
