            On July 9, 2022 i paid all-in plumbing the down-payment of $642.5 to install a water filter system in my house. The job was never done, despite the repeated appointments that were never honored or were aborted. On October 25 we reached the agreement to cancel the order and get the full refund of my down-payment. They issued the check for me as shown in the attachment. That check bounced the next day and I was penalized by the bank for a total of $12, as shown in the attachment. The next day, they promised to send to me the refund in cash and so far they never did. I demand the full refund for a total of $654.5. Attachments: Copy of the invoice they sent to me. Copy of the check that bounced with the bank statement of insufficient funds.

            First appointment I had with them, no one showed up. Second time, the receptionist forgot to tell the plumber to come out. When he finally came out he said he had to go to the store and get something and didn't come back cause his truck broke down. Then when he was scheduled to come back he didn't show up. I called and let them know to pick up what they left here and that I was going to use a different plumber. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation.
