    I purchased a dodge journey on December 30, 2022. Two weeks into having the vehicle broke down and we had to take it to the dealership for a sensor with the battery. I had told them that it was an inconvenience that they told me it would be two months before they even looked at my car let alone fixed it, and I just purchased the car. So they said they were gonna put a rush on it a week and a half later I got the car back right at home and my fiancé took a look at it. They never change the part out and how we knew because my fiancé had read the part so we can take it to the dealership to get fixed and it’s still had the electrical tape from my fiancé. Two days after that, we started getting a check engine light on and other sorts of lights popping on on the dashboard reaching out to them telling them once again that we’re having issues with the car and it needs to be fixed. It took them three days to get back to us and mind you my fiancé had to miss work because we had no car to drive. we were told that we had to take it in to get fixed which one it wasn’t drivable and he needed to be picked up. They were supposed to pick up the car today and nobody showed up. I’ve had the car a little over a month but technically because it was in the shop and we weren’t able to drive it for about three weeks we’re only able to enjoy it for a little while and I still have to pay on it. They didn’t fix the first problem which is still there on top of many more other problems. I have tried to reach out to them. I keep calling them leaving messages. Kind of this is uncalled for. I just want my car fixed or another car and I’m still getting the same answers. I have to take it back to the same dealership they have to hold onto it. There’s a two month waiting period in order for them to look at my car so I’m looking at , like three months to even get my car back once again I think it’s unacceptable

    Cactus ****'s Auto on ************. In ******* should not even be allowed to be a car dealership @ all! They let us leave the lot in a car with major safety issues, & nothing was listed in the contract stating any issues with the vehicle. Yes, I expect there to be some issues with a used vehicle but the salesman **** pretty much lied to me telling me things that come to find out weren't even true! ********************* who originally just acted like a secretary the day we bought the vehicle, but upon further inspection she is listed as the seller on our contract even we didn't even talk with her about the car we bought at all. But on the 14th day of having the car, after finding out about the multiple safety issues & the lies that ****, the salesman who actually showed us the car & sold us the car told us on the day we bought it & researching the actual state laws on used *************** rights, we took the car back & wanted just to cancel the contract & get a full refund & 1st payment back as should be permitted according to the law but they refused any refund & said if I just left it there they would repo it & not only world I lose the money already paid for the car, it would ruin my credit making it even more difficult to get another car from a different dealership. They were very rude & disrespectful, talking down to us & denying anything originally said on the day of purchase when a refund was requested! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE & IF YOU DO, NO OTHER OPTIONS, DON'T GO TO THE CACTUS ****** ON CAMEL BACK ROAD, & DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ANY SALESMAN NAMED **** OR *****************
