******* was prompt to reply with an estimate to remove a palm tree in my back yard. The quote I was given was to include removing the stump. Once they started the work, they determined they could not take out the stump for fear of damaging the surrounding flagstone patio. He made a point of telling me that in all of his years in business he had not caused any damage. However, in the process of removing my tree, they did damage an area of the patio. ******* told me he would be sending someone over to repair it. This was in early June and the repair has still not been done. I have called him several times and each time he acts like he has no recollection of the incident and I have to repeat the story from the beginning. At the end of each conversation he apologizes and assures me it will be taken care of. It is now October and nothing has been repaired nor have I heard back from him. He also told me they would come back and remove the stump once it "rots" enough to be safely taken out with a pick axe, hopefully he keeps his word. Palm Tree was removed on June 8th at the cost of $1000.00

I was very sorry that it took so long to get out there and get the Flagstone fixed but my guy that I subcontract out to do that was backlogged and it was just miscommunication. I am very sorry for that and thank you for your business. Have a wonderful day.
