They literally stole off my truck broke my Oracle lights on my rims told me my transmission was bad end up putting in a new one to makeung my truck run a lot worse my gearshift is completely broken and hanging in wobbly they broke my side driver mirror they broke my left passenger door my windshield wiper sprayer does not work they had my truck for 2 1/2 months took it in in running condition got it back in very poor condition as I write this I am going for a lawsuit getting all my documents ready I had my truck expected by 8 different mechanics everyone is telling me the same exact thing I was scammed I have more issues with my truck now but I could not leave it there no more so I pulled it out Buy Arizona transmission and a tow truck damn The owner Al found out told it back to his shop and said he will take care of the issue I spoke with him myself his name is Al he assured me that he will get it going all I did was wait and wait and wait with no vehicle and then to get it back with a lot of problems with it his workers that he has they all seem like drug attic‘s as you see them you will tell right away something has to be done with this a business can’t be like that I have a phone number from the front desk worker even her herself discuss with me that they’ve been having a lot of problems and complaints with all the mechanic work there people even threaten to go back and hurt them she advised me to go forward and do the lawsuit that’s why Al pays for insurance there is something that needs to be done when you have a Mechanic shop open for business you look forward to your business getting done not the opposite why do you have to worry about your vehicle being safe as of this date I do wanna press charges and procedures case One of the employees name Robert had told me my transmission was completely bad that I needed to be changed so I went along and changed it then they say the harness was messed up and then it kept going everything else is messed up making me sign a agreement what a Acima with a loan which I refuse to pay Due to the fact nothing was done in my truck but damage took my truck in with a full tank got my truck back empty took it for a test drive filled it up dropped it back off empty again so what was going on with my vehicle at the premises that’s a question I ask myself the Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this case and really take a good look into it because if they’re letting a company run like that then the Better Business Bureau needs to be shut down it’s self there is no need for any customer like myself to go through this especially when that’s the only vehicle you rely on the owner Al needs to be investigated really good there are plenty other complaints and plenty other people doing lawsuits against them this is not fair and this is not right select the very end I am stuck with my vehicle here transmission is still messed up gear ship messed up doorhandle ripped apart window wiper sprayer does not work due to electrical problems there were completely a lot of spots of oil and grease on my front hood my truck is a custom paint job white pearl very hard to remove I do not recommend anyone to go to LA tires at any location he also told me because my engine light is still on the day I picked it up he had told me all you need to do is drive it 150 miles soul I don’t know why I will have to drive to eliminate a engine light engine light indicates that something is wrong as I explained this to all my other mechanics they all agree to the same thing I am writing here he also gave me a place to get my tags so I don’t have to go to the missions to pay extra because my tags are expired I wanted to do things the right way that’s why I took it in all I’m getting is nothing but bad so like I said the betterBusiness bureau needs to do something about this immediately
