    I love my solar fan ! It works amazing and it came just like i was told, Solar panel was sent separate from fan.I will be buying more !!Excellent quality no cheap plastic junk.

    I waited two years to write a review after receiving my first fan in April 2023. In September 2023 we started having problems with the fan. Contacted the owner, *****, who was very nice and helpful. He sent a replacement cord. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem with the fan. In April of 2024 he sent a replacement fan at no charge. Again, he was very nice and apologized for the delay in shipping. The fan worked fine from April to October of 2024. In March of 2025, we turned the fan on and it worked great for about a month. I sent ***** an email and attached a video of the fan to show him what it was doing. I asked him if he had any idea what was causing the problem and if he could provide suggestions as to how to fix it. I never asked if he would replace the fan again. I just wanted to know how to fix the problem and if he could help. After calling several times and leaving messages/emails, I was finally able to get in touch with him. He said the fan was getting power and thought it was a connection issue with the cord. I told him I would have my husband check it out and get back to him. My husband talked to ***** today, 06/25/25. My husband was polite and asked ***** if he had any suggestions/idea as to what the problem could be. ***** was pleasant at first, but then it was like a switch flipped, he copped an attitude and was very rude to my husband. He told my husband he had spent $500 in sending us a replacement fan in 2024 and didn't know what kind of operation we were running down here. I know how much I paid for the fan/shipping, so I know how much it cost him to send us the replacement fan/shipping and it wasn't near $500 even including the replacement cord. He told my husband our options were to buy another fan off of Amazon or send the fan back to him. He was so rude that my husband hung up on him. No business owner should ever treat a potential returning custom this way, period. We just wanted help, but all we got was rudeness and bad attitude.

    This "business" responds to simple 2-3-line review(s) and complaints with dissertations/novels ranting about his customers conspiracies. He also posted deranged videos online venting and ranting.
    In his opinion the customers are out to get him, and he can't comprehend why any person would buy a product just to "destroy his company", as he puts it.
    There must be something wrong with this guy.
    I can't even understand how this business could be rated B+.
    I recently submitted this review, but it has never been posted.

    Nothing I ordered has been received after 6 months. On review of Better Business Bureau there are multiple complaints for similar situations.. Time for a class action lawsuit!!

    As owner of the company, I am responding to address a review that attempt to falsely portray my company and unfairly attacks my company due to a customer's dissatisfaction with it taking approximately 60-90 days to produce goods from scratch while we are on pre order, which is free to place on our website. She chose to go around no money down, and chose to pay, agreed to the payment terms in order to be allowed to place a paid pre order.     The negative review in question is designed to defame and damage my company without any justifiable reason. And this come on after her continually contacting me for an update during a short period of time. The solar panels we've produced did arrive and she is in possession of them as they relate to this pre order. The UPS tracking and delivery for is tracking number: 1ZG9E143033300939
    The customer claims this issue stems from the customer's dissatisfaction with our production timeline, which is still in progress for a portion of the order as my company manufacturers and produces these goods. The customer was informed that we are in the process of manufacturing, and delays in production are not the same as late deliveries of in-stock items. The reviewer conveniently omits that they have already received part of their order—the solar panels, delivered via UPS (Tracking number: 1ZG9E143033300939).

    We do not have a six-month open pre-order window, and the customer has been actively engaged with me over a span of roughly 60 days attempting to force me to either not survive her pre order or fill it. This has a total attempt at harming my company and has focused rather harmful slander at me for being in business and doing my job as quickly as possible. This review is an attempt to defame us because we could not meet unreasonable demands for faster delivery that most likely violates the law because she is out to deceive the public and calling from punishment with any justifiable cause, and is willing to deceive the public to get them to participate in the act.

    The sole intent behind this review is to slander me, libel my company, and conspire to harm my company and most likely myself also. I urge you to refrain from publishing this defamatory content, as doing so would inadvertently participate in spreading false information.

    I wouldnt recommend doing business with them. I preordered a fan in August. The Owner ***** said it would be shipped out 1st of September. Never heard anything once September 1st came and never got a tracking number. I called and he answered and then said it will be shipped the following week with tracking. Awesome! Its now going on a month when it was said it would be shipped out. I tried calling and emailing. Never heard back. Completely ghosted me. Filed a complaint with ****** hoping it would get resolved. The owner then personally called me up cursing me out wishing I get hit with hurricanes and personal harm all bc I requested a refund after I got tired of getting the run around. Just be warned when dealing with them. The owner is unhinged! You can easily find other complaints about him harassing other customers on social media. Bad business! I wouldnt recommend buying from them.

    ***** placed a pre-order in August for a product that has been on pre order with extended delivery and is in production with a list of folks chronologically in front of him in the pre order cue. We clearly communicate on our website that pre-orders are extended delivery, and provide updates on estimated shipping times. ***** placed this pre order in August and it is now September, ***** forced this issue and it should be noted that pre order state no money down to prevent this behavior, which he chose to ignore and paid for the pre order. Unfortunately, despite being informed of the pre-order status and production timeline, ***** became impatient and contacted, expecting immediate delivery as if this were a stocked item.I do my best to explain the technical aspects to folks that know nothing about manufacturing, offering updates, and currently shipping solar panels that we've just completed during this production round. However ***** ordered a specific fan that isn't shipping just yet due to a manufacturing delay. I personally spoke with ***** to address his concerns. However, he waited to escalate the situation, filing a ****** dispute before any kind of delivery window was closed. At that point, I returned his call that came in on a Saturday morning at 6.30am. I immediately refunded his order in full and informed him that we would no longer do business together as he is now banned from my company for abuse of process.Following this, ***** chose to attack me personally, misrepresenting our interactions and the reasons for his refund. While I understand that delays can be frustrating, its important to note that pre-orders require patience due to the nature of custom manufacturing. We do not tolerate abusive behavior designed to architect an outcome, and I stand by my decision to protect both my business and my customers from any undue harm.We take pride in delivering high-quality products and clear communication, but we will not allow anyone to exploit the situation by turning a pre-order into a personal attack for the sake of leaving a negative review.

    Ordered solar fans for my horse stalls and had a great experience. He even came out to help repair them when our horses damaged them. Good product, good customer service!!

    I have had a great experience with ***** installing fans at my barn. He was very upfront about the time these orders could take and he was extremely helpful keeping me posted as to their arrival. He was very efficient installing the fans and insured their complete and thorough operation. In one case a fan was not operating properly and ***** promptly came by to repair it. I highly recommend this company for assistance with fans ***** is very personable, and willing to help in anyway he can to make sure your purchase is successful.

    I ordered a solar fan from Western Harmonics and it turned out to be the best thing I have ever done for my horse. The solar fan is made very well as it has been through wind, hail, cold and heat and just keeps on working. The owner, ***** is very responsive. After owning my first solar fan for over a year, I purchased another one and not to any surprise, it works great. After my barn mates saw how great my fan was working, they also purchased a fan and ************. Since then, I keep on buying his products. I have the smaller fans for the goats and donkey and the big fans for the horses. The fans keep the flys away and **************** stay cooler in the summer when it's hot outside. I rarely recommend companies but Western Harmonics stands out and should be recognized for their service and quality of fans.

    DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY!!! Heed to all the other warnings on here. Multiple people with the SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS. I ordered back in August 2023 and still nothing. Requested a refund in which I got this email in return "I did say that if we did not have it to you by the 15th, I would issue a refund to you and a 1 time courtesy for this specific pre order. We are still about a week away from your order arriving with others that are in the ************ and received prior to your pre order. We are still a week out from your pre order, so I will issue a refund this week.The time involved in pre order is predicated on how quickly pre orders are received and in what quantity, if at all. My apology that you did not or maybe do not understand, however as a courtesy for your specific pre order I will issue a full refund."STILL no product and NO REFUND. Emailed him again today and he is unprofessional, threatening and rude. Called me a scammer, yet he has my money and I have no product...lol He will rebuttal to this review as if I am the crazy one just like he did to all of the other negative reviews. Its simply a deflection on the lack of his commitment for customer service and the fact that he cant and wont provide you with what you paid for!!

    This person placed a pre order in late summer/fall of 2023 and decided over the holidays she needed a refund, for whatever reason she could wait for production. Terms that required to be agreed to for all purchase including pre orders can be found at this link: ********************************** These terms related to the pre orders for this kit were printed at the top of the item description as well as required to be agreed to. This is a policy, because out of the thousands of customers we have had over the years, a small number of them do read these reviews and then proceed to create a situation for my company and everyone that is delayed when we have to stop pre order production and shipping for someone that cannot and whatever reason chose not to follow any agreement or allow enough time for fall and winter pre orders to help us to be able to produce enough to be fully in stock, besides pre orders production and shipping. We do not solicit business. We do not have an advertising budget. We do not have funding available right here in ******, ** that has funded production including, grants, loans, or investment to cover the full costs. In fact, sales and pre orders covered the invention and introduction of this product line. Therefore, there are rules that we follow and we ship our goods.As a 1-time courtesy, I did agree as owner to ship her pre order ASAP, which btw is only able to be filled by arrival of parts inventory late January today being Feb. 1. Additionally, just in the meantime, while have been producing over 100 pre order fans have been shipped during the winter to, which are all pre orders received well before this one.Additionally, *** here doesn't mention that I've already agreed to refund her besides shipping her order. Personally, I think it's disgusting that folks will take advantage of anyone like this. My company did not seek her out or ask her for a pre order. Nor did we advertise. Updates have been supplied to everyone as we have moved forward and also shipped. I think the truth of the matter is her need to write a harmful review and just in general defame someone speaks to a personal issue she might have right alongside not allowing my company the time it takes to complete a large project in production. Especially, given the fact she's sought out a small but growing business raising capital to do this to. And though, she would love to cause deliberate financial harm to me after seeking me out....I can do nothing other than point her back to the emails she's sent me and that I have replied to. So, 1 star it is. Notice this has nothing to do with my products or company, but instead a situation she created on her own in the pre order cue, which at this point I feel has been her agenda all along. I have every suspicion responding to this review is exactly what she wanted. In fact among the dramatic emails she sent, she threatened it. So if we're not fast enough in pre order production, as is it say in the terms required to be agreed to, don't place a pre order. The rest of us, customers and self included, really don't have a need for this stuff to be going on while we move as quickly as possible. It's enough we invented, introduced and produced over **** of these without funding. Interference serves no one any good purpose.     I have made two purchases of ****** excellent DC motor fans and they are a life saver in my barn. I do not have nor do I want AC wiring in this building and without the fans and the solar power system-building advice I received from Western Harmonics my horses would still be plagued by heat and flies. Thank you, *****. These fans provide the safe cooling environment my animals need. Whatever forces are attempting to run you down, you can trust your customers to return for advice or new products because you do provide the best. ********
