    We are pleased with our new roll down shade. The shade does a great job of blocking the hot afternoon sun without making our house too dark. The shade works as expected.The salesman did not try to oversell us and he was attentive to our follow-up questions. The installation crew was efficient and courteous and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

    We are completely satisfied with the service provided by Sun Control. From our first meeting with the company to the day the installers arrived was perfect. This is a professional, knowledgeable company that arrived on time, gave us suggestions for just the right angle for our sun shade and left us with a product that we can enjoy for years. ********* supervisors arrived after installation to make certain we were satisfied. We are!!

    We had Sun Control install 3 patio screens last fall .[ 2022] We have had continual problems with the shades. First a motor quit working resulting in damage to a screen we could not raise. Two of the screens have had repeated problems coming loose. Initially we were told the installer was a new employee which we figured was inexperience. Yesterday someone was sent out for a screen that had separated and later in the day the same problem happened after their employee has replaced a part. He then told my husband they never have to repair that issue again. Guess what?We have recommended to neighbors and will no longer do that. Now it will be next week that a repairman can be sent out and of course someone has to wait on their timeline.We learned about Sun Control through a home show in ******. The cost was 25% more than our neighbors [ exact screens, same company]] which were installed 2 years prior to ours.What do we think? Not good. My husband is a retired contractor and he would never do business this way. He would IMMEDIATELY tend to any issues.

    This is our second and third Sun shade from Sun Control. The installers arrived exactly as promised, completed the job, tidied up and the next day a supervisor called to see if he could come and review the work they did. He wanted to make sure we were happy. We were.

    Great experience with S.W. Sun Control! We absolutely love our motorized sun shade. Installation was earlier than original install estimate date. Had one question following installation and that was addressed immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be ordering additional blind in the future. Thank you S.W. Sun Control!

    This is a stellar company! From the very beginning when we got a quote from a knowledgeable sales rep, to the delivery and installation being earlier than we thought, and the installers. Wow. They were a great team and they loved working together you could tell. We love our shade its absolutely wonderful and its great quality.
