    In June, 2023 the **************** #1 HOA had two of six buildings re-roofed by West Coast Roofing for a total exceeding $70,000.00 For the last two years, there have been roof leaks, specifically in one second-floor unit's primary bedroom. The unit owner is elderly and after having dealt with the company coming out over four times to try to repair the leaking roof, she has been left without a solution and understandably, doesn't want to deal with the roofers by herself anymore without HOA involvement. Her ceiling still has major leaks present when it rains, as of the date of this complaint, and the last time the roofer came out they did a 'leak test' which failed to the point where her downstairs neighbors even had water leaking into their unit. They have not been out since, despite calling them numerous times about the active leaks and them labeling the requests as 'urgent'. We are unfortunately just outside of a two-year statute of limitations for the ***** to step in to investigate so we may need to pursue independent legal action if the roofer continues to be in breach of contract and not honor their 5-year labor and 10-year material warranty. This is not to mention that we also expect the roofer to remediate the mold damage in the ceiling, replace drywall, paint, and reimburse the homeowner for two years of hardship as a result of poor workmanship. Our HOA takes this very seriously as the health and safety of our 72 year-old homeowner has been put at risk due to potential mycotoxin exposure over a two-year roof leak. The previous roofer that worked on our complex fixed issues when the arose and stood behind their work. *** did not.

    Recently had my roof replaced, and I have to say what a fantastic job West Coast Roofing did! Both ***** and **** kept me informed every step of the way, and the roofing crew was fast and efficient and delivered a quality finished product, my roof is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is needing roofing done to their home!

    After another roofing company failed to fulfill its warranty to fix shingles blown off during a storm, I contacted West Coast. I spoke with ********* who was able to get someone out the same day to do an estimate! I went with the estimate and am so grateful to ******** and the crew at West Coast for fixing my roof - especially during the monsoon season!

    This time it was some minor work, part of annual re-inspection of our flat roof we've had going on the last years. Great job, all went well. ******* agreed to a walk-around at the site after repairs completed. Very satisfied.
