    On the 19th September 2022 I made a reservation via email for 27th-28th October 2022 for a stay at Westin LaPaloma. This was wrongly captured as 27th-28th September 2022 by Marriott Central Reservations. Subsequently the hotel charged my company credit card for no-show and they are refusing to refund the money because they say the incident happened a long time ago.

    Very dissatisfied with the management at Westin La Paloma. Went to this hotel to see my daughter off before prom. Had 2 beers in the bar with my husband. the total came to $16.00. we gave her a cash tip and closed it out. A day later, I noticed there was a bill on my bank account from the hotel for $67.90. So, either the bartender treated herself to an additional tip or she mixed up the bills either way, after a week of calling everyday and talking to the bar manager **** and then the accounting manager *****... I have received no answer for why I was charged the extra money. No refund or anything! Empty promises of them saying they will call me back and they never did or have. Very upsetting because I have been nothing but patient. Another HUGE disappointment was the man, I believe his name was ****, speeding up to the prom group and parents in his little golf card , and without a kind word... just went straight into yelling at us saying we needed to leave the premisses or he would call the cops! He said were were not allowed to take pictures ( from our own personal phones) unless we had a room there. Once we told him we did have rooms, he then retracted what he was saying and said he would have to talk to the manager. I asked him if he had any intentions on asking the 30 + other high schoolers taking pictures to leave as well. He said yes. Unforntatuley, after inquiring with other people, he did NOT ask them to leave. He then came back up to us and said he was sorry but we could take pictures but not professional ones, which we never were taking professional ones. I told him it was all in his approach. He ruined the night for these young high schools who paid good money to stay at your hotel and to treated this way. They were being nothing but respectful and kind to everyone in that hotel. For such a classy hotel, I believe you have lost all of your class.
