On or about 4-9-2022 I called to make a reservation for Easter Sunday brunch. The website for this business advertised Sunday brunch $36 per person. I left a message and was called and informed that they confirmed reservation for 3 people for 4-17-2022. We arrived and were asked if we would like a mimosa. 2 of us said yes, assuming that it was included in the 36$ price. After we were done eating we got the bill for 70$ per person and 8$ per drink. We were shocked!we paid the bill,$239.79 and left in bewilderment. When I got home I looked on the website, thinking that I must have missed something before deciding to make the reservation. Nowhere on the website was there any mention of any price other than the 36$ per person. Still in shock, I called immediately and left a detailed message,requesting a call from someone in charge. No call from them. I called the next day and asked for someone to call, no call from the business.On 4-20-2022 I called and was transferred to 4 different people before I given the dining room manager. She explained to me that she was the person that made all of the reservations and that she was not able to tell all 250 people that she called to confirm reservations that the price was 70$ not 36$. There was no way that we would have considered going to a70$ brunch and were shocked and extremely upset paying an unbelievable price for the brunch. I thought that 36$ was a high price and just assumed that the drinks were included.The dining room manager told me that she was going to walk my phone number to her supervisor and IF he called me back, I would be able to speak with him and possibly resolve the issue.well, no call, obviously they knew that they were not going to call me back. IF he called back? Really? The server never cleaned the plates from our table, poor service and leaving there so upset, I feel like we were totally done wrong by this business. I would like some reimbursement for the false advertising.they were rude to deal with .
